The apartment is amazing, well decorated and renovated, private and quiet (we only hear the sound of the sea), the view was the best we've ever had. Very comfortable, with complete kitchen items, quality linens. Kind, available and pleasant hosts. They left us a treat, which was really nice. Access to the beach is via a small, fast trail, but it can be difficult for those with mobility issues. I recommend renting a car to better enjoy the region and nightlife. The building is old but that doesn't bother you at all, the apartment offers a structure inside that makes you forget any setbacks. I strongly recommend it.

The structure of the house is impeccable, it was an amazing week with my whole family, children, teenagers, adults and the house served everyone, in addition to being very cozy and with a house face even had all the necessary apparatus to meet the demand of a super family in addition to being super clean for our arrival!! Large apartment, a few yards from chestnut beach. An exceptional site.

The apartment is located in a great area, a few steps from the beach, in a quieter and more family-friendly location. The property matches the listing and photos, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, wonderful outdoor area with barbecue and pool, great to enjoy as a family. I recommend it.

A great space for rest and tour , very close to the supermarket and restaurants, all very organized and clean, I loved my lodging , and the host very polite and always available, I will come back other times ❤️

The penthouse is exactly as shown in the listing photos. The kitchen is really complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric water cooler and a gallon of bottled water. Undoubtedly, to improve the refrigerator and freezer of properties I have already rented. The hostess, Maria, is a very polite and always helpful person. We were greeted with a set table and a lemon pie (I loved this delicacy). the bed linens and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We just got home and we're already planning to stay at the penthouse again.

The host was excellent. The site was exactly as advertised, and we had some minor issues with some equipment on the first day, but the host was committed and was able to resolve everything quickly. Instead of becoming a negative experience, it actually became positive as proactivity made all the difference. As for the site, it has access to a small beach that is "almost exclusive", which is excellent. The porters are extremely friendly and in the house we do not miss any utensils, making the accommodation complete. Local easy to find and relatively close to supermarkets, pharmacies, beaches and restaurants, I recommend the place for anyone interested!

I need to start by saying how helpful and kind Natasha was in our conversations. Although we do not know each other in person, I felt that she is a great host. As for the space, very good, very well located, an incredible view of the river channel. The photos matched the reality. If I go to Guarapari again, I will try to stay in this space. The best apartment I've ever stayed in on Airbnb. Perfect! Clean, well decorated, ventilated, with everything we need to spend a few days on the coast. Elevator in the building, Wi-Fi, good garage, nice doormen, close to the beach, (half a block), no sludge in the bathrooms, ventilated, clean refrigerator, cutlery in perfect condition... I could describe everything, but the apartment is impeccable. The bedding, towels, everything was very good! Excellent mattress and shower! The owner was very polite, answered quickly about any questions. We loved it!!!!!!
