Ninho dos Avós is a quiet retreat located in the beautiful rural parish of Santa Bárbara, which belongs to the municipality of Angra do Heroísmo. Here you can enjoy country life and its tranquility. You will have magnificent views of the verdant countryside with the sea in the background, and you can also see the neighboring islands of Pico and São Jorge. Ninho dos Avós, as the name implies, was the house where our grandparents lived, here we have many good memories and where we were happy with them and did not know.

The Luxus Charming Apt is ideal for traveling alone or with family, with all the amenities, comfort and refinement, within the urban center of the city of Angra do Heroísmo, located in the Luxus Azorean SPA Concept building. It is on the 2nd floor, with access via stairs (14 steps). There is no elevator. It consists of two bedrooms with a wardrobe and desk, two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub), a living/dining room with TV and Wi-Fi, an equipped kitchen and two balconies.

This is the first of a set of rustic houses rehabilitated in 2019/20, giving rise to 5 modern apartments, decorated with solid wood and lamps from Bali. The aim was to create an informal, unpretentious environment, but at the same time refined and welcoming. UPDATE: we installed air condicioning in July of 2024. The apartment now has A/C in the living room and bedrooms. A 2-Bedroom modern apartment well equipped and located in a very central area in Praia da Vitória with a great view over the city.
