Ninho dos Avós is a quiet retreat located in the beautiful rural parish of Santa Bárbara, which belongs to the municipality of Angra do Heroísmo. Here you can enjoy country life and its tranquility. You will have magnificent views of the verdant countryside with the sea in the background, and you can also see the neighboring islands of Pico and São Jorge. Ninho dos Avós, as the name implies, was the house where our grandparents lived, here we have many good memories and where we were happy with them and did not know.

House located in São Pedro, in the historic center of Angra do Heroísmo, a world heritage city, Terceira Açores island, with access to a farm and a private overlook where you can relax and enjoy a magnificent frontal view of Monte Brasil/Fortaleza de São João Baptista, the sea and islands. This new 2-bedroom apartment, with capacity to accommodate up to 6 people, has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, and another with 2 single beds, a living room with a sofa/bed, kitchen, bathroom, and access to a barbecue area.

Luxus Charming Apt

The Luxus Charming Apt is ideal for traveling alone or with family, with all the amenities, comfort and refinement, within the urban center of the city of Angra do Heroísmo, located in the Luxus Azorean SPA Concept building. It is on the 2nd floor, with access via stairs (14 steps). There is no elevator. It consists of two bedrooms with a wardrobe and desk, two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub), a living/dining room with TV and Wi-Fi, an equipped kitchen and two balconies.

They may be rented separately or together. Leaves are common. It has a beautiful view of the sea, which on days of better visibility allows you to see the Islands of São Jorge and Pico in the distance. The house faces a stream, has total privacy and complete insertion in nature, with large trees and green fields.

Surrounding the house with a large and stunning garden is an ideal place to rest and relax with total privacy. On the patio there is a barbecue, table and chairs for entertaining With a large living room, cable TV and internet, in common with a complete and very modern kitchen, with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee and tea maker and other kitchen utensils. The house has two bedrooms with private bathroom, each bedroom has a double bed and a single bed.

Casa do Miradouro - 2º

New house restored in 2018, keeping some details of the old villa. It's on the second floor of the house and the top floor. It has access by rear balcony to an outdoor patio, with laundry, outdoor shower, barbecue and use of garden furniture. From the backyard you can have a superb view over part of the city of Angra and the islands of S. Jorge and Pico. It is a T1 composed of a bedroom with large velux windows, bathroom, kitchen and common room.
