I liked the stay. The apartment is wide and airy. Wonderful view and top condominium. Only a few details that we had to call on the host, but she helped us with everything we need. I'll be back soon!

Our stay was excellent, we stayed for 4 days. The building is exactly the same as in the pictures, well organized and with great structure. We enjoyed the swimming pool, gym and bikes of the condominium, which were perfect for strolling along the beach bike path. The location is very good, with markets and restaurants nearby. The apartment is compact but comfortable and well ventilated, we hardly need to use the air conditioning. The balcony is a positive point, great for relaxing. There are some works around, which follow the allowed time, but generate a little noise during the day. As a suggestion, it would be interesting to provide basic cleaning items, such as trash bags, detergent, dishcloths. Plus, just compliments! The hosts were very attentive and the concierge staff always polite. We would definitely return!

Super recommended space. We went in 3 people and we were very well accommodated. The apartment was very clean, the view is beautiful, there is a market and a good restaurant next door. The beach and pools are great. It was an end-of-week that we were able to rest in comfort and quiet. Very good!

The stay was great! The ap is super well located, just across the street that is already on the beach, in addition, it is also a few minutes walk from the mall, supermarket, bakery, bars and restaurants. The communication with the hosts was also 10, super friendly! The structure of the apartment is very good, it is renovated, everything works well and is well equipped

The apartment is perfect for two people. The view from the balcony is exactly as shown in the photos and the most important shops such as the market and pharmacy are very close to the place. Leaving the car parked there also made it a lot easier!

It met my expectations. Clean and complete house. We carried utensils that didn't even need to be used, as they already had in the house. Very close to the beach. On the side of the house and on the parallel streets there are grocery stores where you can find almost everything that can be bought in markets, including fresh breads, but if you are by car, you can get to large markets in up to 6 minutes. The neighborhood is quieter, does not have the agito of Ocian for example. It's very good to rest, my family and I enjoy a lot

The house is spectacular, cozy,beautiful . the pool is a delight. Thiara and her very nice mother, very friendly and had a lot of respect for our family. district super recommend the rental me and my family if God wills we will come back many times.

We rented Mr. Silvio's place for the end of the year 2022. After several disappointments renting homes through Airbnb we were afraid and what we would find. We had an excellent surprise with Mr. Silvio's house, the house even better than the pictures. The house very close to markets, beach, fish shop and bakery everything as indicated to Mr. Silvio. Then the warm welcome of the housekeeper who was on site at the scheduled time, very helpful and polite showed us the whole house. The house was spotlessly clean and very tidy. It showed us everything in the house that included bath towels, bedding all very clean. All kitchen utensils working and high quality. Our special thanks to the homemade Mrs. Adenisa and Mr. Toninho who were extremely attentive and gave us all the necessary support during our stay. Great!! We recommend and will be back!!

Caiçara is a great beach, very quiet neighborhood. A 10 for the concierge, especially Cindia, who was very attentive. very comfortable apartment, we loved it, we'll be back more often.
