Apartment located in the center of Saquarema with everything close by, 50 meters from the beach. Terrace with excellent view of the entire city. Great for watching the sunset. The apartment offers 5 mats and 4 pillows! The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, microwave, sandwich maker, cupboards with dishes, pots, glasses and cutlery. Living room with sofa that turns into a bed, ceiling fan, floor and TV. We also provide a sunshade. Beaches, ponds, restaurants, church and square very close to the apartment.

This unique place has a special style because it is a new and cozy space (with split air) in the Historic Center of Saquarema, in front of the corner of Praia da Vila, next to shops, restaurants, cafeterias and all the gastronomic commerce of the city. We have a mini kitchen with a large minibar, coffee maker and double induction cooktop, basic kitchen utensils, in short, everything you need to prepare a quick meal. Our apartment is in the heart of the city, at the foot of the Parish of Nossa Senhora de Nazareth. Ideal for groups, it comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. It has an equipped kitchen, a living room with TV and dining table, as well as a balcony with a sea breeze. The location is excellent: close to the bus station, markets, restaurants, tourist spots and all the conveniences that the center offers.
