Great experience! The house is great, very well located (20 min walk to the bus station and 10 min walk to the beach) and very well equipped. Otávio is a superhost, he maintained great communication at all times, made check-in flexible, left gallons of water in the house, sparkling wine (we spent New Year's Eve there) and even picked us up at the bus station. I recommend it!

Apartment with stunning views, great location. The accommodation was impeccable, everything was very clean, there was everything to use and very well cared for, I felt right at home. Very comfortable. I loved it, I highly recommend it and I will definitely come back more often.

The accommodation exceeded expectations, the reception held by Mrs. Laine was extremely cordial. The property is impeccable, with a wonderful view surpassing any expectation. Extremely comfortable, cozy, safe for children and meets the needs well. However, we had two issues: the excessive presence of insects that caused great discomfort throughout the stay and required the constant use of repellents and even the use of smoke as an alternative control measure, especially due to the presence of children with allergic sensitivity. Another point was the fluctuation in the supply of electricity, there were frequent power outages, especially at night, which aggravated the situation of discomfort caused by mosquitoes. However, we also understand that these issues are unforeseen and beyond the host's control. Apart from these two aspects, the house was an incredible experience in terms of structure, comfort and service.

My family and I had a wonderful experience! The space is beautiful, comfortable, with an authentic decoration that transmits every welcome and a very charming garden. We spent the New Year, and the energy was great, a perfect place to celebrate with peace of mind. In addition, Renata was super attentive and gave us all the necessary support, always available and ready to help. We were very well received and we were left with a feeling of being at home. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it!

The house is perfect for relaxing and disconnecting, the backyard has a great space for pets and children! The space is very organized, clean and has everything you need and the neighborhood is very quiet. We have enjoyed a lot of dry beach and we will definitely return! 💖

The apartment is on the ground floor, with a large private garage space, being able to park 4 vehicles with ease. The environments were identical to those of the photographs inserted in the listing. We stayed at the end of July, the weather was pleasant and we didn't even connect the fan during the night..only one of the rooms is air-conditioned. However, all rooms have a ceiling fan. The apartment is very well located, with easy access to the beach, several options of restaurants, shops and a pharmacy.

We loved the house, the outdoor space of the house is spectacular, very well decorated, very good pool area and barbecue. 2 very comfortable rooms with air conditioning and great bedding. Everything was perfect, Diego was extremely helpful and friendly and helped with everything we needed!!! Wonderful house to stay with family and friends. I'll vote for sure

I stayed in the house during the holiday and have only compliments! The accommodation is excellent — clean, well equipped and very cozy. The host was super attentive, always available for any questions or needs, which made all the difference in the stay. Me and my friends feel very welcome and would definitely stay here again. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Wonderful days I spent with my family at Sandra's place, the location is perfect… the house is huge and very well equipped. Highlight for cleanliness, all absolutely spotless ! Opening the windows of the house and coming across that sea a few meters from the eyes is indescribable. About the host (Sandra), she responded to messages in a few seconds. I recommend it and I'm sure I'll be back one day

Sandra was a great host, and we had a very fun New Year's Eve with the family. Pool, barbecue and all the good things. Sandra was ready to respond to any questions or concerns. Even in a situation where I heard a strange noise (it was the cistern), she promptly responded and made a video call to check if everything was okay and give recommendations. I would easily come back and recommend the house! My dog loved the space. note: it is a reserve environment, which means that occasionally you may find hedgehogs, toads or other wild animals nearby. Watch out for dogs.

The stay at João Victor's apartment was great. Always responding quickly and very helpful. Co-Host also served us in an excellent way. The location is excellent, just steps from Itaúna beach and the main restaurants. I will definitely return.

The stay during the carnival exceeded our expectations! Luis is a very receptive and pleasant host, he welcomed us very well and gave several tips for the region and support in what we need. We were very well received by the host, the house has a great location and the view is undoubtedly the difference. The house has a great space, especially the outdoor area, but it needs a bit of maintenance. Such simple things as a painting, change of the couch, external lighting and the change of the door lock would already make a big difference. But overall the house met our purpose perfectly and would undoubtedly recommend to other people. Thanks for the reception Clayton! It served us very well when we need it.

The house and beach are great. It is only 50 meters to the sea, everything works well and there is a lot of space in the indoor and outdoor area. We stayed at 14 people comfortably. Marcelo was attentive and had good communication during the reservation and the stay. Our family thanks you for the space.

D. Jaqueline and Mr. Paulo are very welcoming people, from the beginning they showed cordiality and were always available to answer questions and help with the day-to-day life of the house. Our biggest fear was the saltwater pool, but it was very peaceful in this regard. The kitchen has all the useful and necessary utensils for meals. What could improve: 1) having a bathroom outside would make it easier to maintain the cleanliness of the house, as you have to go in all the time and sometimes wet. 2) Replace the saltwater shower with fresh water outside. Otherwise, we had a fantastic weekend and will certainly return

Everything perfect, the very dear Ana, has helped us in everything we need. The place is gorgeous, a wonderful terrace facing the sea and with a Tbm view of the lagoon and mountains. Well-equipped accommodation and closely matches the listing. We hope to come back again and again.
