Joáo’s apartment in Urca is delightful. I always look forward to coming back to Rio and staying here for a few weeks to enjoy a slice of tranquility.

The apartment is wonderful, exactly as in the pictures. Very careful in every detail - including in communication. - Small, but well thought out, comfortable and extremely functional. - Utensils, basic kit (coffee, cleaning, soap) offered. - Brand new bed linens and towels. Good shower. - The house where the apto is located (on the ground floor) is super well cared for and charming. It gives the feeling of living as a local :) - Super reserved and quiet. A few steps away on Urca beach, the neighborhood is a spectacle apart and super safe, even at night. 150m Pharmacy and Restaurant, and it's 10min drive from Botafogo.

The space is beautiful, very cozy and with a full kitchen and bathroom. The air conditioning works very well and everything was very clean, the location is great, Urca is a quiet neighborhood with a supermarket, bars and restaurants nearby, in addition to the Airbnb being on a street full of beautiful houses and being a tree-lined street. The staff was very helpful, always responding quickly and assisting when necessary, I loved the stay and hope to return more often!
