Well-located place!

Fernando's house is wonderful and very tasteful. It has all the necessary amenities and is very well-equipped, even with a shelf full of great books. The gardens are very well kept and pleasant. The house is very close to the beach, in the midst of lush nature. In the period we went, in early June, Itamambuca is a very quiet beach, ideal for a relaxing stay. Fernando was very attentive and gave us good tips.

Cristiano super kind and request. It's super easy to talk to him and he's always on his cell phone. I had a health issue and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point of the apartment is the mattresses and sofas that are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)

The apartment is super well equipped, it has everything you need for a peaceful stay. For those traveling with children, a positive point is the extra space on the ground floor. Above expectations! The apartment is well above the level we have in Ubatuba. Two great suites, very good living room, kitchen and balcony. New and working equipment. Great level Resort Structure! We loved our stay. The house is great, just like the photos and as described in the listings. The location is wonderful, facing the beach, but close to markets, bakery, shops, we walked when necessary. The beach is clean and with few waves, excellent for children, and the best part is that from the yard you can see the children playing on the beach. We were very well received by Cícera, who showed us where everything was and was always very helpful and friendly. I hope to return soon...

The stay was great, starting with all the support from Lucia, who was super attentive from the beginning of the contact. The house has a great location,well aired, with access to two beaches, private security. Me and my family liked it so much that we were there in 2023 and now 2025. Victor is attentive and always answered our questions. My family and I recommend it, whoever you are won't regret it.

Our stay at the beach house at Enseada was excellent! The house is large, well cared for and very comfortable, with a beautiful view and easy access to the beach. Everything was clean and well prepared for our arrival. A special highlight goes to the homemade Fabiano and his wife who were extremely kind, helpful and always available to help us with whatever we needed. It was a wonderful experience and we would certainly return. Super recommended!

Angelita is a great host, very friendly and proactive to help us with our stay. He gave us all the necessary instructions and tips to have great days. The apartment was clean and with many utensils, appliances and even games that helped entertain the children and even us adults. It is very close to the beach, which also made our stay very pleasant. Myself and my family like it very much and recommend it.
