Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Praia da Lota

Just back from a 3-weeks stay at this lovely accommodation in Fuseta, Algarve. Wonderful, elegant & spacious apartment with open views of the Ria Formosa. The sun is there from sunrise to sunset on the 2 balconies. Nice interior decor, nothing is missing for a comfortable stay. If there is one drawback, it is the attached compressor of the air-conditioning outlets to the master bed room's wall, you have to shut it down to sleep. Brigitte & Daniel are a lovely couple & hosts, it was a pleasure to have met them. We look forward to a return visit to this apartment ...

Just back today from 4 week winter break at Rozaleens apartment .Great location and very spacious . Photos don't do it justice !! Quiet area but lots of restaurants and bars within 10 minute walk .Car not necessary as we used the train to get everywhere Weather was mixed but still managed to get to the islands and their fantastic beaches 6 ,just need to catch the cheap ferry . We had a great time ,this was our first visit to Olhao and hope to be back again .Definitely recommend this apartment.

Great apartment, just as described in the listing. Clean, all appliances in perfect condition, heating and cooling worked flawlessly. Grocery store 25m from the apartment. David waited for us in front of the building and helped with the check-in. Perfect communication with him before and during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book the apartment again when we return to Faro.

Great place , great location, great host. My only recommendation would be to get some extra chairs. There was only one Ikea lounge type chair for an apartment that accommodates up to 7-8 people. Couch was great for a bed but not great to sit on as a couch. Otherwise lots of chairs for dining, inside and out. Wonderful stay with wonderful hosts. would highly recommend!

not far from the beach, nice clean apartment. it has everything you need for longer stays. on Saturdays the nearby bar was loud up until quite late, no problem for the rest of the week. restaurants, shops nearby free weekly cleaning was offered, but I rather did it myself (we stayed over two months)

Delighted with the treatment of Virginia and its cozy apartment. I had everything you need to spend the four days around that southern corner, other than being super central 😊

Alain’s place was wonderful. There is so much to do and see near by and the area is extremely walkable. Though I will say you’ll have to venture out if you want any transitional Portuguese cuisine. The area is a bit touristy so all the restaurants basically have the same menu. There’s a cool trolley that takes you around the city and to the marina if you have any excursions planned. Hop on and off all day for only 6 euros. Alain was responsive about the check in and out process and was extremely helpful when it came to info about parking which is near impossible next to the property but he informed us of parking that was only a 8 minute walk from the property. Everything is exactly like the pictures and the rooftop terrace was a dream. Best place to lay out, enjoy the Portuguese sunshine and listen to the sounds of the city. Would definitely return.

Thank you Norbert for restoring our faith in Airbnb! The place was exactly as described, local to everything and nice little touches like beer and juice in the fridge were appreciated. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans as well as a range of condiments. Beds were comfortable and great choice on TV.

The villa was excellent. Spacious and spotlessly clean. Swimming pool was brilliant and clean. We would not hesitate to return.

We had a brilliant time at Bruno's place. we made use of the pool, BBQ and jacuzzi. Everything was included and we wanted for nothing. We hope to stay again soon!

A perfect place for any golf holiday. Great location to eat and drink something in the city after relaxing in the hot tub.

We loved our stay! The location at the Marina was so convenient. You are right across the road from a supermarket. Lots of restaurants below you on the marina and walking distance to old town! There were tuk tuks and taxis right outside as well. Rita was a delight to work with . She was so kind and friendly and answered so promptly! If we come back to Albufeira we will definitely stay here again.

we found it was complicated to enter the apartment but once we figured out how it worked, then it was correct. The apartment is as in the photos and the view from the balcony is beautiful. Everything was very clean, modern and spotless. The beach is a short walk away and all restaurants too. I would definitely recommend this place.

a very clean, apartment in a smart block on the edge of town. overlooking the harbour, on a main road but quiet at night. 2 minutes walk to a very clean launderette and well stocked supermarket. Apartment was spacious and well equipped and furnished. As per the description, everything was within a 10-15 minute flat walk from the apartment. a nice balcony which caught the morning sun and overlooked the harbour. We were welcomed by Rui who took the time to explain where places were, including a 5 minute walk to the ferry to the island. The apartment was very secure with good locks on all external doors, there was also an enclosed balcony at the rear where laundry could be aired. all in all a great apartment in a pleasant town . would certainly return.

Great, light-flooded apartment, very large terrace and surrounding balcony (unfortunately we could not use it SO much due to the damp-cool weather), very good location, residential complex with few units, therefore relatively private, everything excellently secured with large parking, furnishing of the apartment as a whole very good, everything works, we were very satisfied and can only recommend this apartment

We had an issue locating the correct address, but after a phone call and some verbal instructions, we were in. This is an extremely attractive property, in a very nice quiet location. Only 2 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes from Town, with all its amenities. The property is in a small gated compound with lovely gardens, pool and underground parking. Property is fully equipped, with a large open plan living area, off which is a spectacular terrace, that faces West, perfect for sunsets. The property was super clean, living area was very comfortable and kitchen easy to use. At 6ft 3 inches in height, I found the bed quite uncomfortable, but that’s just me !!!! We enjoyed the property very much and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Had a great stay. The apartment matched the photos, it was very clean and in an excellent location. It has a sea view from the balcony and is a couple of minutes walk to the market. The apartment is spacious and well equipped with lots of thoughtful things like blankets for cool evenings on the balcony, separate towels for the pool and beach, a trolley and beach accessories should you want them in addition to a well stocked kitchen and washing machine and drier. There are two pools on the roof you can use, one outdoor and one heated indoor. This is a lovely space to relax, sunbathe and swim. Maura gave us all the info we needed and kept our bags when we arrived early. I would highly recommend this place for a stay in the heart of Olhao.

A very pleasant stay with a great poolside location. We found the flexibility around checking in and out very helpful. Spotless clean, extremely comfortable beds. Some nice touches around the place, e.g. Netflix, poolside towels, condiments in press, sanitary products in bathroom, extra soft pillows and blankets.
