The House is impeccable, a new and very clean house, in a privileged location, 100 meters from the beach. The impeccable kitchen, the super clean rooms, a pleasant space,the differential are the 3 air-connected ones that worked perfectly, 2 bikes available( my son loved), the clean pool, a great garage, well-kept outdoor area, the place is wonderful, near quiet neighbors, super calm neighborhood and far from the bustle, the house is safe and come without fear. Host Ana wonderful, quick and super flexible responses, Marcos welcomed us very well and gave us one more thing in the pool, and we did not want to return home, we will return more times... At the time of Checkout, that is, we handed the key to the house to Marcos, we did a thorough cleaning and tried to leave it the same way we found...

Beautiful place of peace well clean organized tranquility has everything a family needs to spend the weekend, Ygor and his father very polite helpful, the access only gets a little complicated due to the signal, but when it arrives has Wi-Fi works very well ( Mr. Ygor passed all the information not to be lost on the way and it was quiet on arrival ) . The place is very comfortable and we take advantage of the pool with natural water without chlorine and the barbecue the place is the same in the photos. Even vegetables and seasonings of the plantation offered us. We only recommend that they take a lot of repellent the farmhouse has enough pets at night the bites are very painful and an unbearable itch as much as we have been repellent the whole crowd was bitten, our luck that Ygor's father took us a repellent that gave us a relieved bites. The house is amazing! All very clean, organized and brand new. Super comfortable, we really felt at home. We've stayed in several houses in Ilha Comprida, but this was certainly one of the best!

Casa da Luciana is wonderful and very clean, it has everything we need. I felt at home . Very close to the beach and close to the dunes was great those 5 days, although we will rent more often.. Gratitude

The very well-equipped house, great for traveling in a group, has dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, coffee strainer, very well-equipped. We rented in order to enjoy the carnival in Iguape, it was great because we stayed less than 15 minutes from the center of Iguape, we were able to enjoy the beach on the Island as well. There is farmacia da to go on foot from the house, less than 400m. The markets and the beach are more comfortable to go by car, as we drove all this was less than 3min from the house! Lucilene always available and sympathic. One thing we love is the silence around, really quiet the street! We went in 3 couples and each managed to stay in a room! We highly recommend it!

Host Sandra is very friendly and attentive, responding quickly to all our questions and also indicated amazing tour places. The house is beautiful, very spacious and comfortable, we have spent a wonderful weekend, we will definitely be back.

The house matches the photos, the owner was super helpful and it was a peaceful stay. A tip would be to provide more utensils in the kitchen, otherwise everything was great!

Great, very spacious with several suites, one suggestion would be to light the lawn, and make the barbecue a little bit bigger. The location is great, in front of the beach, everything is close by.

Fátima was a very solicitous host. The house was spotless, we had a great stay. Practically on the beach street, on the corner there is a little market that is open until 9pm. We love it and will come back for sure!

My family and I were delighted with the house! Rubens was super responsive and kind in the messages and explained everything very well. Laura, who was the one who received us, was kind and always available for whatever was needed. The house is complete and super cozy, we already want to return soon. One difference is that it has easy access to the beach.

The stay was great, we had an in-flexible check, we arrived earlier and we were answered promptly. The accommodation was clean, with a good leisure space. Nearby has supermarkets. We highly recommend and we will certainly return to the location of returning to Iguape.

The four days we spent in this super cozy space that gave us that feeling of being at home were very nice. The house is spacious, super clean and organized, and is less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, with all the support materials, electrical items and utensils we needed. Paula was super attentive, providing information about the place, recommending restaurants and responding promptly. There is already a desire for all of us to return to Jureia and we will contact Paula again.
