Well-kept house in Ilha Comprida

My place is near a supermarket, the beach, and the main avenue. You'll love it because it's close to the beach and on an island surrounded by nature, dunes, and Lagoa Adriana, with paddle boats and equipment for physical exercises, and simple but very well-kept squares. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), furry friends (pets), has space in the back and front where you can store cars or use as a leisure space; You know what? I wouldn't trade my place for anything...

Fully renovated and equipped property, facing the sea and in a quiet neighborhood. It has a main house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen integrated with the barbecue area. In the back, there is an annex with a bedroom, living room and bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and the living rooms have fans. The front of the house offers uncovered parking for 3 cars.
