Casa according to the announcement. Quiet place, great for those who want to rest and have peace. Only nature... Carlos super attentive, gave super valuable tips from the site. Sr João e Dona Anadir are some loves. We'll be back for sure.

I loved the house. Everything very clean and organized, the big and comfortable space. We met our expectations. It was incredible days that I spent with my family and my dogs. The very attentive hosts. The very polite and friendly housekeeper. Highly recommend!! Thank you very much for your attention and welcome.

Luciano and Adriana were very attentive during the time I was staying in their apartment. Have always been very helpful and helpful and, even without need, took us to the center to get to know the handicraft village of Ilha Comprida. Their little girl, Elis, is a cute, very charismatic, in short, I felt at home. The apartment is exactly the same as the pictures with the beach very close to the site. A place to really relax for me was perfect.

New beach house with balcony and parking 3

Bruno was a very attentive host at all times and made the departure time more flexible so that we could make better use of the beach. However, the check-in process has many steps, as a lock with a numerical code is opened and then you have access to a digital lock to then have access to another box with a code where the keys are. It takes a lot of patience, because especially the boxes where the keys to the apartments are located are difficult to open (they are a little stuck) and the light in the hallway where they are located is dark and the light timer goes out every 20 seconds and everything goes dark, then you have to walk around in the environment for the light to turn on again. I suggest you think about a simpler check-in/key pickup process. Anyway, everything else was excellent and the apartments are new and very well maintained and everything that is agreed with the host is honored. Therefore, I highly recommend this listing and would stay there again! ;-)

The House is impeccable, a new and very clean house, in a privileged location, 100 meters from the beach. The impeccable kitchen, the super clean rooms, a pleasant space,the differential are the 3 air-connected ones that worked perfectly, 2 bikes available( my son loved), the clean pool, a great garage, well-kept outdoor area, the place is wonderful, near quiet neighbors, super calm neighborhood and far from the bustle, the house is safe and come without fear. Host Ana wonderful, quick and super flexible responses, Marcos welcomed us very well and gave us one more thing in the pool, and we did not want to return home, we will return more times... At the time of Checkout, that is, we handed the key to the house to Marcos, we did a thorough cleaning and tried to leave it the same way we found...

We had a great stay, very close to the sea, the house has a very good outdoor area. We traveled with 2 small dogs and they loved it. The house is close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood, a 5-minute walk to Boqueirão, but far enough from the crowd. I mention as a point of improvement, the installation of an air conditioner in the room. The house is very warm. The house has 3 fans that help, but they don't solve the problem. Even so, it was very good!

Great accommodation! You have everything needed for a quiet stay. Everything near the house: market, center, restaurants and the main, the beach hahaha

We had an excellent stay. Apartment with ceiling fans. Everything was clean and organized, new furniture and mattresses. Condominium actually located on the waterfront, just across the preservation area on the sand.

Des Words Maria Host a love of person gave us hints quickly, about the perfect place as shown in the photos, right next to a beautiful beach just across the street, very calm beach great to relax, super recommend.

My family and I were delighted with the house! Rubens was super responsive and kind in the messages and explained everything very well. Laura, who was the one who received us, was kind and always available for whatever was needed. The house is complete and super cozy, we already want to return soon. One difference is that it has easy access to the beach.

We went on Easter holiday and chose the place because of the large space, it had 3 bedrooms as we needed and a swimming pool. Regarding the space the house corresponds to the one announced, we were at 7 people but quietly accommodates 10 as advertised. Although the kitchen and living room are not large the bedrooms and the open areas assist in the dynamics of the accommodation. The host was very kind and relaxed the check-in, the person who received us was also very polite and requests. The house is in a quiet place in the city and although the beach has no structure of kiosks and the like, a few blocks away (it is possible to go on foot) a beach with such structure can be found. We can easily find places to eat and buy some things.

This was the 2nd time we stayed in this house. And what makes us come back is: the house is beautiful, organized and has everything we need, the hosts are excellent, the location is perfect, and most of all, I can feel at home. We will be back for sure. Thank you Angela and Antonio for the usual hospitality.

The very well-equipped house, great for traveling in a group, has dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, coffee strainer, very well-equipped. We rented in order to enjoy the carnival in Iguape, it was great because we stayed less than 15 minutes from the center of Iguape, we were able to enjoy the beach on the Island as well. There is farmacia da to go on foot from the house, less than 400m. The markets and the beach are more comfortable to go by car, as we drove all this was less than 3min from the house! Lucilene always available and sympathic. One thing we love is the silence around, really quiet the street! We went in 3 couples and each managed to stay in a room! We highly recommend it!

Host Sandra is very friendly and attentive, responding quickly to all our questions and also indicated amazing tour places. The house is beautiful, very spacious and comfortable, we have spent a wonderful weekend, we will definitely be back.
