The house is all we see in the photos! Spectacular Outdoor Space. Great to enjoy with a large group as all comforts/amenities are super spacious. I recommend the house for both family and group of friends.

Ricardo and Dona Lucinea, two sweethearts, we agreed and arranged the points to see before check-in, and everything was perfect! We agreed on 3 p.m., we arrived and Dona Lucinea was already there, she showed us the house and its accommodations, soon after she was ready to answer any questions, she even recommended a great pizzeria! Very large and extremely comfortable house, we will certainly be back soon for another barbecue

Home in a great location, private, flexible check in, communication with Victoria is quick to return. The house is also large, well-equipped, has cozy beds, bedding and bath linens of good quality and care. No words for this home. I can only say it's amazing. All very clean, organized and very cozy. Victoria and Italo were very attentive and helpful. The whole house is surrounded, so for those who go with a pet, it's all very safe. My family and my dogs love everything. Sure is a house we would love to be able to return soon.

It was one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed at, as they deliver hotel standard cleaning and hygiene (which should be the standard for all stays but is unfortunately rare). The house is very spacious and I was able to spend time with the family but at the same time with enough space for each one to have their privacy. Guaiuba beach is a delight, surrounded by greenery, it hardly looks like an urban beach. I would definitely come back.

The days we spent in Silvia's space were wonderful, the condominium in addition to being very beautiful has a great structure as described in the listing. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent, I dare say the best in Praia da Enseada. We'll be back other times.

close to the beach, many things in the vicinity, snack bars, restaurant, markets, ice cream shops, the very quiet and quiet apartment, the pool gets sunny all the time and it's a delight, it was perfect TD, thank you Mr Antônio. We hope to come back soon.

Sandra's apartment is amazing and I would recommend it without a second thought. It is complete and close to everything, we had everything we needed, extremely cozy. The apartment is great, it is in a great location and the condominium is a dream, the pools are great, it has a gym, a spa and everything always very organized. Sidnei, always responded quickly and made clear all the check-in steps. As a suggestion for improvement, I leave a few points: - Having floor cloths (for the bathroom mainly), bed and bath linens would also be an extra cool. - Warn before about the availability of SmartTV, which was not working during our stay.
