The apartment is in the privileged part of Enseada, 5 min from the beach, you don't need to take the car out of the garage for anything. In the condo there is an adult and children's pool, game room, sauna, (barbecue grill, ask for details) EXCELLENT Internet for home office, 55-inch Smart TV, fan and air conditioning in all rooms (1 suite with TV), in addition to a beautiful side view of the beach, safety nets, balcony to enjoy with family and friends and 2 garage spaces!! Your pet will be welcome (please let us know when booking, as there is a fee)

Kick back and relax in this calm, peaceful space!!! IMPORTANT ATTENTION: We do not offer bed and bath linens, guests are required to bring their own. Our apartment is very cozy, well located, has split air-conditioning in the bedroom and living room, is close to the coffee square in the cove, just 100 meters from the beach. The building does not have an elevator, but the stairs are very quiet. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building, which is easily accessible. We have a parking space for 1 car and an automatic gate.

Excellent apartment. Structure in the condominium with gym, swimming pools, game room,playroom and leisure area with WIFI. Cozy apartment with the most beautiful view of Guarujá, 80 meters from Enseada beach. You will have the pleasure of sleeping every night with the sound of the sea hitting the rocks, a nice hammock to rest on the balcony with the view in the background to be in peace. A familiar place with a unique energy️
