Garage and space for 3 cars The residence is 900 m from Flamingo Beach, a revitalized waterfront, 1 km from the center and the fish market, and 3 km from the calm Caiobá Beach. We are 200 m from the Soley bakery and 600 m from the Caopi supermarket. An excellent place to relax with the family, available year-round. Property fully fenced with an electronic gate It has spaces for pets.

The townhouse is very spacious and has 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is an en-suite, all with air conditioning. In total, there are 3 double box beds, 1 single box trundle bed, 1 single box bed, 1 mini children's bed and 1 sofa bed. TV with access to streaming services and Wi-Fi. It has an outdoor area with a hammock, a gourmet area with a barbecue pit, a laundry room, and a parking space for 2 cars. 600 m from the beach, close to markets, pharmacies, restaurants, just minutes from downtown and the summer concert stage. Fulfill your dream of living a few steps from the sea and enjoy the beach and the new boardwalk with your family! For better interaction, we revitalized the ground floor with an integrated living room, kitchen and barbecue area, well-sized with everything your family deserves. The house has 3 bedrooms, all with air-conditioning, closets and Home Office benches. The front bedroom has a beautiful ocean view, balcony and motorized shutters for that well-deserved night's sleep for the couple.
