Great place to stay with the family, cost-effective without a doubt, it's huge! The listing is consistent with the house and the location. We were all delighted with the house, which, in addition to being beautiful, is very comfortable and very well equipped. It ranges from complete utensils in the kitchen to the brewery, which was very helpful. The place is quiet and far from the busiest point in the city, but it is easy to access, next to the beach, which is beautiful… Accessible, helpful host who made everything we needed available to us. For sure, we will return!

The house is as shown in the photos and is in a very quiet place, a few steps from the beach, with no road passing by. There is only a narrow strip of sand between the house and the beach, which is great for children to move around safely. Waking up early, crossing the restinga path to the beach to see the sunrise in a place like this, isolated and quiet, gives you the feeling of being in paradise! The only inconvenience we had during our stay was one of the upstairs showers where the key fell out after about 1 minute of showering, causing it to get cold midway. Everything else perfect!

Nilton's house is spacious, the environments are as described and we were very comfortable. There are two plots, one in front with access to the sea (feet in the sand) and one in the back with vehicle entrance. Nilton was very welcoming and treated us very well and promptly. The place is peaceful, with beautiful scenery and a balcony on the upper floor overlooking the sea. We had a good time as a family and will return in the near future.

My stay in this beach house was simply unforgettable! The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped with all the details thought out in comfort. The location is amazing, facing the sea, with direct access to the beach through a no gate – which made the experience even more special. The beach in front is a true paradise: quiet, calm and perfect for children. We could enjoy moments of leisure safely, with calm waters and no big waves. The atmosphere is quiet, ideal for those who want to relax and escape the excitement. The house space is large, with integrated areas that make the coexistence even more pleasurable. The sea view from the balcony is stunning, and waking up to the sound of the waves was one of the greatest pleasures of the voyage. There is also a special corner on the terrace with hammock, great to enjoy the sunrise or enjoy an afternoon reading. Sure, it was a relaxing and fun experience for the whole family. I'll come back whenever I can!

Wow!!! It was a memorable time with the family. We truly felt at home. Everything went perfectly. The apartment is beautiful, beautiful, cozy and has a VIEW, oh my GOD, BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL... facing the beautiful sea of Caiobá... everywhere I looked, there it was, imposing and beautiful. Fabio and his beautiful wife welcomed us so kindly, we felt Special. Every detail was designed to make us feel welcomed and at home!! Everything is fragrant and clean. White towels... haha that's delicious. It has all the utensils and dishes, pots, platters.... that we may need and of great quality. If you're looking for a beautiful place to rest and comfort, Refugio is the place. Beautiful and clean house, comfortable beds, new good quality bed and bath linens, clean and smelling fresh, clean bathrooms, good showers, full kitchen, household appliances and portable electronics working perfectly, dishes, cutlery, platters, pots to prepare meals, oven and wood stove, I even made bread and cake. The decoration is beautiful and the outside is wonderful with rivers and woods around and ample space for hiking and enjoying nature. The trails on the property were a differential, we did it as a family with young people, the elderly and even 1 baby. It was really cool. Carlos was the host and from the first contact he was extremely kind, responded quickly, answered questions, gave suggestions to make the most of the place and was very flexible with check-in and check-out times. Upon arrival, there was a complimentary basket of sweet corn and a kind message. We felt welcomed, important and at home at the Refuge. We will definitely be back.
