We love to spend the holidays in this apartment, with an amazing view! It is located in a quieter area of Cabo Frio. The very clean and organized place, with a kitchen equipped with everything you need. The very helpful hosts, before and during the stay. We only have to thank for the wonderful times we have had. And we definitely recommend the site.

The apartment is a dream. Everything was impeccable, the area is very comfortable, we went with children and we all had an excellent time.

Great stay, it met our expectations, as in the listing, everything working. Paulo left everything right for check-in and check-out, it was very quick and quiet. The apartment was very clean, air running in every room. We very much like it, all practical to use in the kitchen, and well organized, we intend to return soon. Note 10 for me.

Absolutely loved Marcelo’s place. We are a young family of 4 (with a 1 and 3 year old) and it suited us perfectly. The location is brilliant, right in the middle of Buzios and really easy to Uber everywhere. The house itself is beautiful, really homely with an amazing kitchen set up. Great if you plan to stay in some nights, which we did with small kids. Marcelo made it really special though. He was a fantastic host, gave us tonnes of really helpful recommendations and always responded immediately. He even sent us a focaccia on our first morning which was delicious. Would definitely stay again if in Buzios!

The house is very well-equipped, cozy and well located. The organization and cleanup were impeccable. The kitchen is well equipped, leaving nothing missing. Cutlery, cups, plates and pans in excellent conditions of use, all in good quantity. Bathrooms were clean, well organized and spacious. All beds comfy and with clean clothing. The house is in a very quiet place, without noise, easy access and very close to the beach. We took advantage of the pool, which was also super clean. Ana Júlia was super solicitous and helpful, responding quickly, willing to help in these ways. In short, everything was great and made the stay amazing, with that feeling of being home! I highly recommend the accommodation and I intend to return as soon as possible!

Irani and Max's place is AMAZING. Our stay at your home was a pleasure. They left us a snack and beer in the fridge. The kitchen has all the appliances (and utensils) that one can have at home. The dishes are for many people. It has chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. The bathrooms have several towels. They even left us towels for the pool. All bedrooms have air conditioning and TVs (new). The house is in a kind of gated community with security. It has parking. Max was always attentive to our questions, and made sure our stay was the best. We will definitely return to your accommodation, because we felt right at home. We recommend it, don't hesitate.

A very spacious house, with common areas above the average in Búzios, which allowed all guests spaces for good socializing. The swimming pool is a show apart. Huge, good depth, it remained warm all night, only with the day's temperature. A generous barbecue area, with great smoke extraction through the chimney, without leaving a smell of smoke on the guests' clothes. Tasteful landscaping and grassy area. We had wonderful days in this paradise. The space served us perfectly , the beach is wonderful and the house is new and it was very clean, but the high point is cook D. Luzia, which person illuminated with perfect astral and empathy for the environment, and also cooks wonderfully well, did not take any effort to please us. I'll be back for sure!! Thank you

From the first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well guided and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathetic and helped us with her experience and brought us security. The accuracy of the listing, the quiet days in the condominium, the good value for money of the homemade food from the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the apartment made all the difference. We didn't cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend staying with Renata and Tiago. And if you're afraid to travel with your kids, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

1st time I've stayed through Airbnb, super quiet. I was very lucky to have Mr. Paulo as a host, super helpful, proactive, the apartment is cozy, spacious and very functional, it has everything in the kitchen, clean, organized and besides that it is the 1st floor, the balcony opens directly onto the beach. We simply love and RECOMMEND. Beautiful location around, swimming pools and the beach is super accessible, I went with 1 baby of 1 year, 2 years and 7 years, they were able to enjoy it a lot.

My experience was amazing! The Apartment is impeccable, the decor is beautiful, the location is excellent! All exactly as in the pictures. The AP has everything you'll need for your stay. The amphitryons are very solicitous, there is a book indicating the beaches and places to visit, you can go to the big beach and there are also good restaurants with a very brief walk. Loved it!

My stay was simply perfect! The place is extremely cozy and pleasant, perfect for those looking for a quiet and welcoming place. The structure of the condominium is fantastic, with all the amenities needed for an amazing experience. It was so nice to stay at Raphael and Célia's apartment! Cozy apartment, quality items, bed and bath linens, kitchen and etc... The apartment is in the block in front of the pool, facilitating access to the leisure area and the entrance and exit of the condominium and speaking of condominium, which wonderful structure, very nice pool, a private beach, exuberant view and everything at hand.... we'll be back for sure!!!
