Quiet place. Exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was very new, I missed one thing or another in the kitchen, but nothing that hindered the stay.

Nice house, well-kept and very close to the beach, you don't even need to take the car out of the garage, 10 minutes of slow walking and you're already at Praia do Peró

It was the first time I booked a stay on Airbnb and I was happy with the choice of the place! Great location, we did everything on foot, the car stayed in the garage and we didn't use it for anything! In relation to the house, everything mt clean and organized, equipped kitchen, available bedding and towels and liquid soap in all the bathrooms, pleasing all my family members! For hosts and receptivity note 10/10. They were flexible to the time of entry and exit, polite and gentle mt! Out was my pet who felt at ease with an immense backyard! Thanks Daniel and Glaicy! Hope to be back soon! The only bad thing is that you quickly passed the carnival! For the rest, we love it!

The house is a delight , super cozy, the pool near the barbecue area making the atmosphere comfortable for family, the locality very close to the shops , at night the shopping center with a restaurant, bars with live music, snack bars... During the day the tranquillity of the condominium , birds singing , the beach practically private in the "backyard" . Worth worth a house equipped with all the utensils ... Surely we will go back ❤️

Casa is exactly like in the pictures, close to the beach and the beach is wonderful, only there are no street vendors and no kiosks, so whoever goes to the beach needs to take whatever they are going to use. From the house we can hear the noise of the sea that is wonderful, the house is a little cool, there are fans, but they are well spent, it would be good to change for some more potent or to be perfect to put an air conditioning in the bedrooms, bring repellent there are plenty of mosquitoes at night. Host of the house is extremely helpful and responds quickly. Another point that is not very important but it is good to leave the tip, if you like blankets it is better to take your own, because the house only offers sheets to cover itself, but since there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, we end up not missing a blanket. I and my family had very pleasant days in this house, we will definitely return and we have already recommended it for everyone.

Our time in the apartment was simply amazing! We were greeted by Fernanda and her son, who were extremely polite and attentive from the first moment. The apartment has a spectacular view of the dunes and the sea, which left us enchanted. It is a cozy space, well equipped and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The location is great, a few steps from the sea. Fernanda made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The place is a grace! It's neat, clean and nice. It is very well located, close to restaurants, shops and beaches. It is also very well equipped and is exactly as in the photos of the ad. Lucicrea was attentive and helpful from the beginning of the reservation, keeping in touch to see if everything was right. It left gifts for us and was still flexible with schedules. The concierge of the building is also a dear, supersympathetic. I recommend too much and want to come back more often!

Frequento Cabo frio for many years. Best apartment I've ever been. Security to get in and out of the apartment, comfort, cleaning. On one side, a short walk and we are on the beach, on the other side a variety of shops, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket. I only missed a service area, if I was going to stay for more days, to wash a canga or a bikini. No Mais Everything Works Perfectly
