I stayed 4 nights and during that time the stay was great. The place is peaceful, in front of a lake. Ideal for one or two people who want a more peaceful vibe, even though it is close to facilities such as a bakery, market, and access to the beaches. Rua das Pedras is a pleasant walk away along the waterfront. Marcus promptly answered my questions.

I loved my stay at Flavia's apartment! She is attentive and willing to attend to any of our requests. The place is just as it appears in the photos, the only thing that overshadowed the stay a little were the loud and annoying noises from the neighbors at night and very early in the morning.
