Calm beaches, excellent for children. 100 meters from Areia Preta Beach. Close to restaurants, fitness centers, public transportation, street markets, handicrafts, supermarket, shopping, bakery. You'll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, and the neighborhood. Great for families with children (as there is a safety net on the balcony and bedroom windows).
