**TOTALLY RENOVATED IN 2026** Apartment with one of the best views in Guarapari! From the main window you will have a view of the ocean and the beaches of Pelotas, Areia Preta and Morro (partially). Attention: The building is old, built in 1960. However, the building has two elevators and the apartment is completely renovated, as shown in the photos.
