The farmhouse from the first half of the 19th century is located in the center of the monumentally protected village of Spodnja Polskava. The traditionally built walls of the farmhouse maintain a pleasant living climate both in winter and summer; you can cool off in the shade of the mighty walnut tree canopies. The house has a bedroom with a bread oven, a living room - a former black kitchen with a farm table, a kitchen and a bathroom (50 m2). Apart from the bedroom, all rooms are arched. The house with a fenced yard (1500 m2) is suitable for short or long holidays.

It offers a private hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refridgerator, toaster and even utensils for you to get creative with cooking. Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
