Design hideaway with mountain panorama and sauna

An architecturally sleek, light-filled apartment surrounded by meadows, forest, and mountains—modern, stylish, and consciously minimalist. Here, you will stay in the middle of nature, with maximum privacy and a mountain panorama. In the garden, there is a wooden sauna with sweeping views over the deer enclosure and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on a small organic farm that I run according to permaculture principles. There are deer in the meadows, as well as chickens, bees, cats, and a fish pond.

®HOAM House

The ®Hoam House is a chalet of a special kind. With its loft-style design, it's a great place to unwind and relax. Our highlight: a heated pool that is used as a hot tub in winter – with panoramic views of the Alps and close to Graz. Whether it’s a getaway for relaxation or a city break, you’ll find everything your heart desires here. The living space offers 2+2 beds (including Comfortable sofa). Right next door is the gym, which is shared with Schmoltis Chalet. Our alpacas are also looking forward to seeing you soon!

Listen to the stream and spend the evening by the campfire in the open air. Whether swimming, grilling or sliding from the tree house into the pond with the zip line, tranquility and adventure in the midst of nature combine here. Perfect for nature lovers, couples and small families who want to take a break and experience special moments.

Complete relaxation in this quiet, stylish accommodation with the possibility of visiting the Urwirtsgraben nature forest reserve. Let the forest explain itself to you, away from everyday life and stress. Let your mind wander and sleep deeply in the clean mountain air next to the rippling fountain and the chirping birds. Cook on a crackling wood-burning stove and refresh yourself in the warm shower or in the fresh fountain. Explore the numerous hiking trails or via ferratas in the region.

Breiteneben Chalet – History, Nature, Lake & Ski

Hinterbreiteneben is set in a dreamlike location – nestled in a 10-hectare organic wildflower meadow with rare plants and views of mountains, valleys and forests. Once a farmhouse and sometimes an aristocratic retreat, it now combines historic charm with modern comfort – from fiber internet to a panoramic sauna. Complemented by a chapel and inviting spots to linger. In summer Lake Lunz beckons, in winter ski resorts await, while cycling paths invite you from spring to autumn.

Bichl-Hütte, a hiker's hut with comfort

Ideal getaway cabin Feel yourself and nature. In the vicinity are the 3 Lunzer lakes, the Ötscher-Tormäuer Nature Park and beautiful mountain and hiking routes! Cycling enthusiasts will particularly like the Ybbs Valley cycle path. With canyoning, rafting and Flying Fox, adventure seekers are not left wanting. In the surrounding restaurants, inns and taverns you will be spoiled with culinary delights. Access to the cabin is possible by car via a gravel road.

In the immediate vicinity is Eisenerz, starting point for climbing areas (climbing garden, via ferrata, Eisenerzer Ramsau, the beautiful Leopoldsteinersee...). Self-catering. Welcome to the luxurious and romantic "Hirsch" cabin in the picturesque Lachtal, located directly at the slopes. The chalet was just completed a few years ago. Up to 10 guests will be able to enjoy the highest comfort and luxurious amenities, including sauna, hot tub, fast internet and Netflix tv. The cabin is located 1700 metres above sea level and therefore ideal for winter and summer.
