Comfortable, spacious top floor, seperate apartment, of our home. Comprises of one bedroom, one bathroom with kitchenette and spacious lounge. Own access via the top floor back door. Right on the beach with lovely sea and valley views. Use of the shared garden and pet friendly. Super fast wifi. Quiet costal hamlet, 5 minutes from a village with local shops and good pubs. Great access to the south west coast path and glorious beaches and coves. An ideal get away for couples.

Large, one bed flat in amazing location with stunning views over Fistral beach and Newquay golf course. Just a few minutes walk to Fistral beach. Open plan kitchen, lounge, dinner room. Sofa bed in the lounge, if you have small children. 5 minutes walk into the center of town, where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and a supermarket. Recently renovated, comfortable modern flat is perfect for couples and solo travellers. Perfectly located 1 minute from Towan beach, next to coffee shops, restaurants and the town centre. High speed internet, washing machine, great hot shower in ensuite bathroom. Ground floor, so easy access and has little balcony on front. Parking is free outside on the road, first come first served. Also council carpark very close called "MountWise".

The apartment was a good size, very comfortable and had the best sea views. It was quiet and so relaxing. It was also very well equipped, it was great to have the beach equipment. Dawn was a great host and communicator. We enjoyed our stay so much we will definitely return!!

Really great home right by the station. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the main part of town but the local beaches (2 mins away) are ace, family friendly and more interesting caves, rock pools than the one nearer town centre. There are loads of local shops and good restaurants too. Tom was very helpful with recommendations and the flat itself was spotless and modern. Overall a great find - we’ll be back next time we visit Newquay

We loved it.We stayed for 3 nights and we wish that we had booked for extra days😔 So much to do but very little time.Everything was just easily accessible from restaurants to village shops to the kids park,the coastal path and the beach. If you're into surfing and hiking like I do, then I highly recommend this place. After a long day of hiking and body boarding/swimming we just love to get comfy on the cosy couch and put something on the 70in screen for the family. The views from this place is worth waking up to every morning. Jennifers instructions were clear and precise.Didnt need to call her for anything. Definitely will book again and for a longer stay next time around.

A beautiful little annexe, absolutely spotless. Bed was very comfy, an excellent shower and very comfy living room area/kitchen. Private little garden. 5 mins walk to the beach, absolutely perfect weekend break (and bonus that we could bring the dog). 100% recommend!

The picture window makes this place just stunning - any time in the apartment we spent just looking out and enjoying the view. The road is quite busy and noisy but the view was definitely worth it. The apartment is really well kitted out with pretty crockery, rugs and throws available, a good collection of kitchen cleaning kit - sponges, washing up liquid, brushes etc. The small size dishwasher was very handy and there was a good selection of pots and pans as well. The bedrooms are smallish, but the main room is so lovely you only sleep in them, so that's fine - good storage in both them and the bathrooms cupboards so clutter is kept at bay. There is parking in the garage (which has a lift so handy for luggage transport) however it has very tight angles and with a big car we only ventured into it once! There is plenty of on street parking on the side road so no big issue - although during the day it is quite busy parking there. Overall a wonderful apartment - oh that window!

Lots of little touches which made our holiday perfect. Perranporth has always been a special place for us and we have found our new favourite home from home. Wow! What a find! We had an amazing stay in this lovely little flat which is in the most stunning location looking over Fistral beach. When you wake up in the morning you can pull the curtain back and start your day lying in bed watching surfers catch waves. The flat had everything that we needed for a comfortable and relaxed stay and the stunning sea views were just the icing on the cake. We had an amazing break here and plan to come again in the future.
