Villa vacation rentals in Pozzallo

Der Garten von Gioacchino ist ein kleines Paradies. Sowohl für unsere Tochter als auch für uns war es spannend und schön, die Früchte zu entdecken und reifes Obst und Gemüse zu ernten und zu essen. Morgens ging es zum Hühnerstall, abends haben wir den Bio-Müll zu den Schweinen gebracht. Dazwischen ging es in den Pool oder zum Spielplatz. Das Haus ist gut durchdacht – es ist alles da, was man braucht. Und ein bisschen mehr (Zitronenpresse, Pürierstab etc.) Fußläufig ist ein toller Obststand, an dem man auch Backwaren kaufen kann. Ein paar Meter weiter ist der öffentliche Strand. Der ist leider voll und nicht sauber. Der Strand im Naturgebiet ist eher zu empfehlen. Dafür muss man aber einen Fußmarsch in Kauf nehmen. Der lohnt sich aber. Lido di Noto, Noto und die umliegenden Städtchen sind tolle Urlaubsorte und das Haus von Gioacchino eine Empfehlung. Er selbst ist sehr freundlich und kann stolz auf das sein, was er dort geschaffen hat. Danke nochmal für den Honig und die Papaya!

My husband is in a wheelchair and Maria went out of her way to rent a wheelchair for our stay. The villa looked better in person than in the pictures. Everything was clean and the kitchen well stocked, including a juicer for fresh orange juice.

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach traumhaft! Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Hafen mit einem einmaligen Ausblick, wirklich eine kleine Oase inmitten einer wunderschönen Wohngegend. Der Strand ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und zum Hafen mit seinen unglaublich guten Restaurants und gemütlichen Bars braucht man nur 5 Minuten. Wir haben selten so gut gegessen wie hier! Der Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns in allen Belangen unterstützt. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, absolute Empfehlung!

One of the nicest locations i have stayed in. The sea access, terrace and views could not be improved they are stunning. Siracusa itself also stunning. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We had a fantastic stay and a wonderful time! The property and the rooms were even nicer than in the photos. Communication with Alberto and Roberta was super easy and quick—they were always available and helpful. They also shared some great local restaurant tips for the area and Ortigia. Some of their recommendations we already knew from our last trip to Syracuse, and we’d totally recommend them as well. 😎 Overall, we had an amazing experience and would love to come back! Just a quick note for anyone looking for a standalone house or villa: this place is actually made up of several (very beautiful) apartments.

What a view! Absolutely gorgeous sea views, quiet and private. The property is so close to the water, it was so lovely watching the sunset and listening to the waves while having dinner. We also really enjoyed snorkelling in the lagoon which is just steps from the property. The lagoon might not be easily accessible for someone with mobility problems, however our 6 year old managed to get up and down the rocky steps just fine. It’s a short drive from Syracuse which is beautiful and has some great restaurants and shops and is definitely worth a visit. There are a few supermarkets a short drive away as well. Host was very welcoming and the very generous welcome basket with lots of local food, wine, juice, and treat was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

Our family of three had several wonderful days at Villa Cammarana and wish we could have stayed longer. The house was gorgeous and equipped with everything you could need from a bbq and stocked kitchen to laundry and a huge, comfortable patio—they even left local cheese, strawberries and bread for us. We loved the green yard as well and our kiddo had a great time playing out there. There’s no A/C but we never had an issue with being hot, the house stays cool and all the windows are screened so it was very fresh at night. Just bring a sleep mask because the sun rises early. It’s easy to get to Ragusa, a grocery store (both ~20 min) and nearby villages, but you must have a car. We went to the beach at Marina di Ragusa twice, very reasonable to rent loungers and towels. The sea is calm and perfect for swimming, lots of local families. Definitely so glad we stayed here!

Must stay if you get the chance. Luca was extremely friendly and responsive - he created a chat group before check-in to help us manage the process. He also had a list of recommendations, which we used to guide our first night in the area! House is peaceful and tidy - all amenities were there as indicated. We had no problem finding it (recommend adding the location earlier as there is limited 4g in the area). Highly recommend.

Het verblijf was perfect. Een schitterende en rustige plek. Vanaf deze locatie was het ideaal om uitstapjes te ondernemen. De plek zelf was perfect en kwam overeen met de advertentie. DE communicatie met Corado was uitstekend. Hij reageerde snel. Er waren ook fietsen aanwezig die je kon gebruiken om naar het strand te gaan. De plek is echt een aanrader om vanuit hier Noto en Siracuse te ontdekken. Ook Avolo had een aantal leuke restaurantjes.

Angela & Giuseppe were amazing hosts. They made us feel right at home and offered so many great recommendations during our visit. They were present in their adjacent home throughout our stay, & they were there if we needed anything but also very respectful of our privacy at the same time. I have never interacted so much with an airbnb host before as they are really lovely people. The property was so beautiful and relaxing. It was a great place to start & end each day of our visit. I really hope to get back there again and cannot recommend their place enough. There were so many great historical sights, beaches & restaurants within a short, (10-30 mins) drive from their place.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful countryside home! The house was spacious, clean, and full of charm, with a fantastic pool that quickly became our favorite spot to relax and unwind. Carmelo was an exceptional host — kind, attentive, and always available if we needed anything. His hospitality truly made our stay feel special and stress-free. We made great use of the kitchen and the outdoor grill — perfect for enjoying meals together and making the most of the peaceful setting. Being in the countryside, the environment was calm and natural, with the occasional fly reminding us we were truly immersed in nature — it all added to the rustic charm. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return. A perfect escape for anyone looking to slow down and soak up the tranquility of the countryside — with a fantastic host to match!

Smuk bolig både inde og ude. Her får man virkelig et personligt hjem med fine detaljer som samtidig var indbydende som gæst. Meget smuk og hyggelig have som man kan fornemme bliver passet godt. Mange frugttræer og de lækreste citroner lige til at plukke til madlavningen. Super venlige værter som altid var behjælpelige. Vi manglede ikke noget. Vi vil helt klart vende tilbage.

Wonderful villa just outside the beautiful town of Modica. Ideal location for visiting the spectacular baroque architecture of Modica, Ragusa and Noto, and within a reasonable distance from sandy beaches. The villa is exceptionally well equipped, spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained by Georgio who lives next door. We loved sitting outside and eating at the traditional ceramic Sicilian table and appreciated the various shady seating areas around the house and gardens. The swimming pool is a highlight and is kept clean and very well maintained by Georgio. Many thanks to Jennifer and Georgio for a wonderful week’s holiday.

My family and I (9 persons) had a great time in Modica. The place is amazing, with the separate kitchen and the 3 houses. Also the garden and the swimming pool are great. Sofia was very kind and helpfull during our stay. We would recommend this place!!

This place is just wonderful for family holiday - the sea view is the best, the shady terrace just calls you to relax- the house itself is beautiful and functions well! Salvatore and his wife took so good care of us! If you like fresh seafood there are many nice, rustic restaurants within walking distance!

We spent a great week in Angelo’s villa with 3 other couples and 3 kids (one 5 years old and 2 babies). It was the last week of October but the weather was amazing and we could enjoy the pool everyday (the water was of course a bit chilly but still ok) as well as the heated jacuzzi. The villa is an amazing renovation and offers a big living room with enough space for everyone. Angelo is a very nice host: always very responsive and helpful. He was also very flexible with the arrival and departure time. The location is also perfect to enjoy Scicli, the beach and the surroundings (Noto, Raguse,..). Apparently we were the last guests of the season and some renovations will be done. For instance the bathrooms and some doors need to be maintained. The poor sound insulation between the floors and the creaking stairs were a bit annoying, but nevertheless we had a great time and we totally recommend this place.

La casa di Manuela è molto bella e spaziosa, il giardino è curatissimo e anche il nostro cagnolino l'ha apprezzato tanto, la veranda è uno spazio stupendo, la piscina anche se piccola è utile per rinfrescarsi in ogni momento, il mare inoltre è veramente a pochissimi passi dalla casa! L'ospitalità di Manuela e l'attenzione per gli ospiti vale però anche più del solo alloggio. Dal grande vassoio di frutta fresca con cui ci ha accolti, a tutto il nécessaire per la colazione, giochi e colori per i bambini, attrezzatura per il mare, non ci ha fatto mancare proprio nulla. Inoltre sia lei che suo padre sono stati prontissimi ad aiutarci con qualsiasi richiesta o dubbio in tempi brevissimi. Torneremo con molto piacere

Silvia was an excellent host, always responsive and very helpful. We were able to find the villa with her instructions and she was there to greet us and say goodbye when we left. The villa was spotless and we loved the outdoor space with all its different seating areas and bbq. The house was well equipped with thoughtful touches. There were lots of little extras for our stay including clean towels, jams, treats and Prosecco. A great base for exploring Sicily’s south east. Highly recommend this stay.

My family group of 10 (5 couples) had a fantastic stay at the villa. We were really impressed at the grand buildings and courtyard and especially the pool area. Ignazio was friendly and flexible with our check in time - and on arrival shared lots of recommendations and info on local amenities which was helpful. All of the bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and had big ceiling fans. We do suggest that more pillows are provided (it was mostly 1 per person). The dining area outside is beautiful and we spent a few evenings having dinner and playing cards under the fair lights. The driveway to the villa parking is rough, and you have to enter through a narrow archway. Definitely recommend having a car to explore the area - there's lots to see and do! The pool area was lovely, it felt clean and well kept and we spent most mornings around the pool in the beautiful Sicilian sun! Would recommend the villa to family groups as we've had a really great stay :)

This is a great villa with sensational views. Well equipped and clean. The road to the villa is narrow so best for those with a modest sized vehicle but the views at the end are worth it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and interacting with our host.

The villa was very well presented, spacious and well equipped. It is in a peaceful, private countryside situation. The beds are comfortable with crisp white bedding and very clean bathrooms. The grounds are excellent being well laid out and maintained! The swimming pool is set slightly away from the main house and is all one depth which was excellent for our mixed age family group. The swimming pool has its own pool house with coffee machine, fridge, shower and toilet facilities. Electric gates provide added security!

We had a wonderful stay at Bruno and Julie’s house, they were so helpful and friendly. We loved that the house was very private and the garden is gorgeous. Nice big pool and they have created the rooms in a way that if you would stay here with three couples everybody has their privacy. Nice to have two terraces where you can eat so you always have shade or sun. And a lot of places where you can sit and read a book or have drinks. Full functioning kitchen, Bruno even went as far as buying me a milk foamer when I asked about it. We love love love this place!!

We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly hospitable, always quick to respond to any questions, and just genuinely kind people overall. They made us feel very welcome and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It’s always a pleasure to stay somewhere where the hosts truly care about their guests. Highly recommend this place — we’d happily stay again.

Lovely spacious villa, with a great pool. The photos don't do this villa justice, it's even bigger than the photos suggest. Great layout and very versatile and large space. Great terrace with loads of space for dining or relaxing, with great views out to the sea. The villa is equipped with absolutely everything you could need and more, even pool towels! Spotlessly clean throughout. Some really lovely touches too like water/chilled drinks in the fridge, some fresh fruit and other food, such as some breakfast items, ready for your arrival. And all soap, shampoo, shower gel (and even toothpaste!) provided in all 3 bathrooms. The pool was amazing, good size and very clean water with lots of sun loungers and space around it. The table tennis table was a nice bonus! Our host Saro was extremely friendly and helpful and always responsive to any messages. Overall one of the best places we have stayed on Airbnb, really exceeded expectations and description. Highly recommend!
