The beaches are 5/10 minutes away while the city center, with all its services, is just all around. Only the entrance is shared with another apartment, the house consists of an air-conditioned bedroom, an air-conditioned living room/kitchen with a sofa bed and an armchair bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a beautiful furnished terrace.
