Antonio's place was fabulous. The apartment is well-maintained, comfortable, well-furnished and quite large. The kitchen had every appliance imaginable for a great stay. Antonio was very kind, thoughtful and responsive. He answered any questions immediately and kindly provided us with suggestions for restaurants, bars and street food (you must try the market and sandwich place he suggests... the sandwiches are to die-for!!! The location is great is close to the archeological site where you can see among many things the Greek theatre and getting to Ortigia is a 25 minute walk, but I would suggest you drive there or if going at night, take a taxi/uber back if you don't have a car. If you have a car, it's easy to get to other spots such as Ragusa, Noto, Modica or take a hike to Cava Grande Overall, it was an extremely pleasant stay. Thanks Antonio!

The landlord will come to open the door and introduce the house in detail. You can park anywhere in the unmarked parking area. The main street is just down the stairs from the house. It is very convenient. The house is very big. There are two rooms with bathrooms. The roof is high and it is very cool in summer. There is a large terrace with a good view.

Enza was a great host, she was so helpful, kind and responsive. The apartment was perfect and so close to everything but down a beautiful quiet street.

We had the most beautiful time at this beach house and hope to come again one day! You can hear the sound of the ocean all the time, the interior is cosy and everything you need in the kitchen is there. The communication with Francesco was perfect. It‘s a gem.

The area in which the residence is located is downright fantastic. The terrace, the large garden with lots of trees, shrubs and flowers and the view of the sea is unique, a paradise. A car is a necessity to get to the place, to do shopping and excursions. Our contact with Maria Novella and Federico was very cordial. The tips (restaurants and interesting sights) they gave us were worth gold. Be sure to use the specified coordinates to get to the location without any problems. The accommodation is otherwise not so easy to find. In short, this place is one in a thousand, the hosts still know what the real philosophy of AirBnb can be.

Would definitely stay here again. Marisa was super kind and let us keep our bags at the apartment even after we checked out so we could walk around more. The apartment had a lovely balcony view as well. Great location.

Eleonora's accommodation is extremely well located with a terrace overlooking the duomo and the other side of Modica. The accommodation is very spacious, with functional equipment. Bedding is good . The street at the foot of the house is a road passing from Modica Alta and quite noisy with vehicles but the bedroom overlooking the back is quiet. We were lucky to come during the St George's festivities. Eléonora kindly lent us her garage during this busy period, but in return the street was often closed to traffic, which was a plus for us. You can walk around all of Modica easily - a lot of walking but it's one of the charms of the city - supermarket and good restaurant nearby. We'd love to come back to this place

Great location for exploring Scicli and the local area. The house was as described and very charming with a great roof terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. Francesca was a great host with lots of local knowledge and was able to recommend places to visit as well as bar and restaurant recommendations. We will definitely return.

Wow — this place was absolutely incredible! The photos truly don’t do it justice. The views were breathtaking, the location was unbeatable, and everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The service and accommodations were spot on — very helpful, very friendly, and made us feel right at home. Everything you need is within walking distance, and you’re in the ocean within 60 seconds. We’re already dreaming about coming back, hopefully for a full month next time. Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality! Highly recommend.

It was a dream come true! We spontaneously booked a day before and were warmly received. My dog loves the landlords' two puppies so much and misses them already. Corrado is a very warm host and despite the language barrier we were able to communicate great! He brought us tomatoes and taught us what real mulberries are, a dream! The accommodation is located directly on a private beach, which we had all to ourselves at the beginning of May!😍 The place has a cute private garden including outdoor shower and mulberry tree. It is fenced with a wall and gate and has an extremely long and wide golden sandy beach. The sea is wonderful and everything is so clean. You feel really at home and well looked after at Corrado's. We will be happy to come back. Hearty recommendation!❤️

Sometimes I joke about not wanting to review my favorite places for fear it will make my next booking harder. But this is no joke. Francesca and Carlo have a paradise, and I’ll be working hard to get back soonest. We stayed 10 days, visiting Syracusa and Noto, Etna lava and wineries, and found it increasingly difficult to leave even for a few hours. Evenings shift from the cooing of pigeons to the plaintiff call of owls, with the sounds of waves from her almost private coast. The house is rich in family memories, and gorgeously decorated. The ceilings high and rooms airy.The kitchen a gem to use.

We had a wonderful vacation. The apartment is really great and has a unique view of the Mediterranean Sea. Wenche is a super friendly host who takes care of everything.

We spent two weeks in Giuliana's apartment and were very satisfied there. Giuliana was very friendly and helpful and always answered us immediately. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and the bed was also comfortable. From there you can walk well with the dog and you can walk well to the beach. That's only minutes. Dogs are also allowed on one of the two beaches. The place is small and very nice. We highly recommend both the baker and the butcher. And if one of the men wants to go for a beard trim: the barber is also great.

We felt super comfortable in Charlie's vacation home from the beginning. Everything was as described in the advertisement and there was nothing missing. We especially enjoyed cozy breakfasts and dinners on the two terraces or the first coffee of the day on the rooftop terrace with sea views. My favorite place was the hammock - also with sea view - where you could relax wonderfully. The vacation home is also a perfect starting point for various excursions. For example, we found it super nice in/on "La Spiaggia della Riserva Foce dell'Irminio," which is only about 10 minutes away by car. The personal contact with Charlie was very nice and informal. He is an attentive, yet totally unobtrusive host who has plenty of tips for restaurants, excursions, etc. And we also got fresh eggs from the chickens. We would book the vacation home again anytime! Pino was really responsive, gave great advice re local restaurants and shops etc. the place was ideal - lots of room, great parking right outside, handy shower outside after days on the beach, ideally located to explore the surrounding areas whilst staying in somewhere that felt less touristy

We loved the apartment and Ortigia very much In a great spot , very much in the heart of village life , the window doors were amazing blocking out sound. Communication and support with host was excellent Virginia and Michael

Giuseppe is a wonderful host - very helpful, kind and considerate. We felt at home with him. The property is wonderful! Very close to the sea, with a wonderful bay and almost no tourists. If you want to relax from the hustle and bustle, Giuseppe's house is perfect! You will find everything you need for your vacation: a fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms with a comfortable bed and a private garden with sun loungers, table and chairs, barbecue area and outdoor shower. It is a great starting point for exploring Catania, Taormina or Syracuse. In the area there are many grocery stores, a pharmacy and a hospital, but to enjoy all the services you will need a car, which you can rent at the airport or in Augusta. Well furnished house very comfortable for two couples who care about privacy. Located in the center of Marina di Ragusa, it allows you to get to the center and the waterfront without taking any means. Host available for every request.

Nothing to say, very cozy, well-kept, clean and comfortable apartment. Scicli amazes by its beauty and elegance, shops open even at night...to visit! Very friendly and helpful hosts. Would love to go back!

Great place, was very cozy and just the trick for a short trip where you can take a 20 minute walk to the city center. The outdoor patio was also great.

Alberto's house is more welcoming in person than in the photos, it is bright and quiet and equipped with every comfort that can be used during the stay. The appliances work perfectly and the host takes care to provide basic necessities (coffee, oil, water, etc.), for which we thank him. The location allows you to reach both the Greek Theater and Ortigia with a short walk, so, once parked, you can forget about the car. Alberto is also a very nice and helpful person, he welcomed us in person and dedicated his time to the information we needed. I would definitely book her home again and recommend it.

The apartment is very spacious, with three bedrooms, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The absolute highlight is the spacious outdoor terrace with another kitchen, grill, outdoor shower and even a separate toilet. In addition, there is a second terrace at the entrance area, perfect for enjoying the sunset – which was particularly pleasant this time of year as it was not too hot. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Stefania welcomed us very warmly, was always available and always friendly and helpful. We felt completely comfortable and welcome with her. We have made many excursions and love to take long walks by the sea – we can especially recommend Donnalucata. The cities of Syracuse, Modica and Ragusa Ibla also impressed us with their beauty and atmosphere. We thank Stefania from the bottom of our hearts♥️!

The original place we were booked into was not ready so Pomelia asked if the Petranica resort would be acceptable and we are so glad we took it. The place is amazing. One of the most beautiful pools we have seen. Vincenzo and the rest of the staff could not have been more helpful. The location is also great, convenient to everything by car. We will come back to this place and would give our highest recommendation to anyone else.
