On the ground floor of the tenement house there is a restaurant Plan, where you can have a tasty breakfast and drink delicious coffee. 60 m further in the Bezowa confectionery you can enjoy meringue cakes in 50 flavors and other sweets. From here you can quickly walk to the main attractions of the city, such as the Old Market Square (15 min), Ostów Tumski with the cathedral (20 min), Malta Lake (15 min), Citadel (25 min).
