There is a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen available for guests + free wi-fi. Smoking is not allowed! From the building you can easily walk to the main attractions :)

I live in an apartment in an apartment building where I offer a spacious room with a kitchenette, fully equipped, with a balcony, in a good location, with excellent access by both public transportation and car. Closet for clothes available as well. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony

The apartment consists of a room with a kitchen, bathroom and separate wardrobe. There is a bed for two people and a sofa bed. What’s more, the apartment has a large and sunny balcony. It is located on the first floor. The building was completed in 2017. All furniture and accessories are new since they were purchased specially for the quests. Apartment size is 31 square meters. The balcony is about 5 square meters. Within the 8-minute walk there is a Poznan tram stop.
