We welcome you to our place on earth, and literally it's a little under... where you can rest comfortably, sleep at night and during the day as long as you feel like it. We offer a comfortable apartment, a unique interior, a relaxing bath, a comfortable split bed, a cup of coffee... It's cozy warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The window in the apartment is technical, does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people with claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air control unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers of Poznań. There is a paid, guarded parking lot nearby, and parking is available under the building (in the "centrum" paid zone). For those who come by car but do not plan to use it to get around the city, we offer the option of renting a space in our garage (it is located about 800 m from the apartment and is subject to an additional fee of PLN 70/24h). The apartment features a separate kitchen, large bedroom with king sized bed and a spacious living room. You couldn't be closer to all that the heart of the fantastic city of Poznan has to offer. Bars, restaurants, museums, galleries, clubs and theatres are all on your doorstep. Please note that the flat is located on a busy road in the centre of the city on a not so quiet street.

There is a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen available for guests + free wi-fi. Smoking is not allowed! From the building you can easily walk to the main attractions :)

A new studio with a balcony and mezzanine in a revitalized tenement house in the city center, right next to the University of Arts. A few minutes to the Old Market Square. Good access by tram from the Main Station and the airport. There is an elevator in the building. The tenement house was a crime scene in Ryszard Ćwirlej's crime novel entitled You have it like in a bank.
