Located 1 km away from Uzès, an ancient medieval city, the cottage is set on an estate of 6 hectares. Within this wonderful and calm environment, you will also be given the opportunity to spend some relaxing moments around the outside swimming pool and its pool-house.

Bay window opening onto a terrace with private jacuzzi (heated and usable all year round) and a corner with outdoor table. Pool accessible but to share with us. Close to the garrigue and the Baume River.

House of 100 m2 with two adult bedrooms, a children's bedroom, an office with foosball, nice equipped kitchen, terrace with plancha, air conditioning in all rooms, private parking, garden with swimming pool, ping pong table, children's hut and trampoline 10 minutes from Nimes. We have a little cat, Xilia, very affectionate, please give her some kibble and a few pets.
