We had the best time at this cosy apartment literally a minutes walk to a coffee shop, a supermarket and a decent selection of local tavernas. Our hosts were super responsive and friendly, offering local recommendations and making us feel right at home. Hard recommend! They recommended we rented a car and I’m really glad we did. The beaches with loungers and amenities are a few minutes easy drive, but probably too long a walk in the high temperatures. Tonnes of easy parking and a lovely picturesque drive from the airport! I stayed in Apri at a beautiful Petro's place , and I can honestly say it was one of the most relaxing and memorable experiences I’ve had. The place has an amazing vibe—peaceful, welcoming, and full of charm. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The house itself is well-designed and comfortable. The bed was especially worth mentioning—soft, supportive, and perfect for a good night’s sleep after a day in the sun. I woke up every morning refreshed and ready to explore. One of the highlights was the garden. It’s absolutely stunning—lush, green, and carefully maintained, It felt like our own private oasis. And of course, the beachfront location was unbeatable. Just a few steps from the house, the sea was right there—crystal-clear and calm. Whether I was enjoying my morning coffee with a view or watching the sunset over the water, it never stopped being magical. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and beautiful getaway in Greece.

Perfect place, quiet, waterfront! Close to Leonidio for climbing and a good choice of restaurants! Everything you need to cook and a washing machine for your dirty clothes!

We had a great stay at the apartment. The location was ideal and next to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and it was good to have access to the washing machine. The bed was nice and firm with plenty of linens for cold nights. We also stayed warm with the heaters in each room. My friends and I really liked the restaurant next to the apartments. If you give them a day or two notice, they will get fresh fish and lamb for a big feast. We stayed for two weeks and the hosts were very communicative the whole time. The housekeeper is also really nice and if you are staying more than a week will bring fresh towels and linens.

Overall great Stay! Great location, private but still central. The AirBnb is quite small but very cosy, it hat everything you could wish for even a dishwasher and washing Maschine. Kitchen is also very well equipped including coffee makers, juicers, pots, pans etc… Very lovely plus cats friendly :)

The house is beautifully designed and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay—whether for cooking, relaxing, or keeping warm on chilly nights. The fireplace was a highlight for us after long days of hiking and climbing. Eirini gave us a warm welcome upon arrival, which was especially helpful since the road to the house is quite narrow. That said, we managed fine with an SUV (Dacia Duster). The location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with plenty of hiking trails in the area. After a full day outside, it was great to return to such a cozy and inviting home. We were three adults staying for five nights on a hiking and climbing trip, and the place suited us perfectly. Highly recommended!

Wonderful house, as advertised in description and as shown in pictures. It has all amenities and is in a great location, close to the Spetses port, but far enough to be completely quiet at night. Veranda on top floor has a really nice view. The house is easy to find, as it is close to the city’s museum, and all windy roads have signs to the spetses museum. We were a family of 4 + 2 extra guests, the house easily fit us. We couldn’t be happier with the choice, and made the experience in Spetses unforgettable. The hosts were lovely and very friendly, they left fresh fruit in the fridge for us, and were extremely communicative. Ydria villa is an excellent choice if you plan to spend a few days in Spetses!
