This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Stay in the Carriage House to enjoy the garden and relax in the spacious interior whether for work, a romantic break or R&R. This stone barn was renovated in 2012 by the owners, retaining the character of the original building, whilst installing underfloor heating, an air source heat pump, a fabulous kitchen, oak windows, doors and staircase and a beautiful bedroom. The location is rural and secluded in a small village close to Milton Keynes.

Private cosy canal-side Annexe with own front door. The king-size bedroom has a good sized en-suite shower room, which includes fresh towels, hair dryer and an iron. There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.

Knotwood Farm is a 300 year old Farmhouse with loads of character situated just outside the historic Town of Stony Stratford and host a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. It is easily accessed from the A5 which was in Roman times called Watling Street. It is a 5 minute drive on the A5 to Central Milton Keynes shopping centre and the CMK Railway Station. The fast train is approx 40 mins to London (Euston) or 50 mins Birmingham (New Street).
