The attention to detail was extraordinary, such thoughtful appointments from snacks and teas to vibrant green plants, charging stations, heavenly beds, and spotless cleanliness. We have already recommended it to several friends and plan to return again for a peaceful get-away—just to stay here! The proximity to Glen Echo and the Irish Inn is a happy bonus. The space was beautiful! The rooftop was my favorite, being able to read a book in the quiet. They always responded quickly and were so nice! They also saved a parking spot for us in the back which we didn’t end up using because parking was not an issue at all up front.

Erick was a great host and very responsive. The apartment is clean and has great amenities. The staff at the apartment complex are not always the most helpful, but overall it was a great stay.

It was a beautiful townhouse that has 4 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms; well-stocked and nice kitchen; very quiet at night; easy to find. Our family had a wonderful stay 👍✅

Great location and very communicative host. As a heads up though, when this says ‘basement’ it means basement. My 6’4” father in law had to duck when moving between rooms. My 5’11” husband’s head was grazing the ceiling in some places.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! I spent 9 nights in this updated first floor apartment and enjoyed every one of them! The block was extremely quiet (one way) and tree lined. Easy walk to the Capitol and museums, great restaurants and cafes, and the Eastern Market metro. I felt extremely safe walking home at night, which was a major concern as a solo senior female. Everything in the apartment was spotless and I loved having the natural light during the day! Super comfortable bed and great shower! Dan was amazingly quick to answer any questions! He also kindly helped me with my suitcase and let me inside on arrival. A perfect host and great communicator! This Capitol Hill neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and I would stay with Dan again in a heartbeat!

A great sunset view from the balcony, such a nice quiet river/bay beach, peaceful community to walk around. Would stay in again! Would note there’s 1 flight of stairs up as it’s a 2nd floor condo of sorts; and a big hill/stairs down to the beach. However, also a parking lot if needed to drive to the beach. Beach chairs were nice to have. There was no cooking oil but I think we left some :) I would only ask they replace the dining room chair with the hole in the seat. The pool was closed and that was not expected! Adam was very responsive when we messaged.
