The villa is in Weimar's best housing area with the park at its doorstep. The city is just a few minutes walking. This 80 year old villa provides a special atmosphere: It is refurbished but still somewhat outdated, best for people who rather appreciate the original then looking for everything being modernised. The large room has got a double bed and enjoys a lot of daylight. The bathroom is on the same floor as the room and needs to be shared as well as the kitchen in the basement of the villa.

A cozy living area features a large fireplace with a decorative mantel, providing a focal point. A comfortable gray sofa and an armchair are arranged around a low, round table. Natural light enters through a window, illuminating the wooden floor and complementing the simple decor.
