Vacation rentals with lake access in Posio

Juhas Villa is one of the best accommodations i‘ve been to during all my Journeys. It‘s located very beautiful and private near a huge lake. The Villa is spacious and equipped very well. It‘s 30 minutes from Ranua by car away. So it’s a good Place to visit for example the Ranua Wildlife Park. We also Went to Korouoma Canyon from Juhas Villa. It’s easy to get to the Villa by car, Even in Winter when the streets are a Little Snowy. We (5 people) have been there in March with a rentalcar. Juha is so friendly, Helpful and polite! He Went icefishing with us on the lake and offered us warm Drinks and Snacks. The best things of the Villa were the Sauna, the whirlpool and spotting the polarlights out of the livingroom. I can absolutely recommend Juhas Villa and I‘d love to come back, maybe in Summer next time! Everything was Perfect, thank you!

Great stay, close enough to ruka but far enough away to retreat to the peace of the lake.

Hannu welcomed us like we were part of their esteemed guests circle, and showed us around their beautiful domain. We were extremely pleased by our stay in Hannu's house. 100% recommended !

The house is exceptional, beautiful and located right on the lake. The decor is natural, modern and with lots of wood; we felt very comfortable from the first moment. Note the very secluded location; the nearest shopping (supermarket) is about 15 minutes away by car. But with proper planning, that's not a problem either. We enjoyed the quiet idyllic location very much.

A cool and cozy place to stay in Kuusamo for a more demanding guest. The landlord was also friendly and took care of it throughout the stay to make sure everything was fine. Warm recommendation for everyone ☺️

A warm recommendation if you crave natural tranquility and an atmospheric cottage by the lake!:) We spent an extended weekend at the property with the family and had a really good time. We found everything we needed in the accommodation and although there were some challenges with running water when we arrived, things went smoothly with Antti and the water problem was solved very quickly. We will definitely come here again!

We had a great time at Eija's place. It's as nice as the pictures suggest and a good starting place for exploring northern Finland. As a general tip, I'd recommend traveling by car, then you can easily reach several national parks and other sights in the area, as well as Rovaniemi. The area is calm, the frozen lake and snowy scenery make for a serene retreat. Eija was always quick to respond, helpful and friendly. Definitely recommended!

The location of the property is really good. Based on the photos and description, it is a cozy and good apartment. When I got there, it was even better. Includes everything you can imagine you need. I'll rent it again next time if it's available. Thanks to Samuli, you responded quickly and clearly to the messages. The vacation really felt like a vacation in this apartment.

We loved the place, near Ruka skiing place and near Kuusamo also. You can find everything you need for the stay. We come in low season so almost everywhere is closed, but thanks to the place we have so many spices to cook. Good value 👍🏻

A perfect stay for a few nights in Andrés apartment. Very cozy apartment with all the necessities, including sauna. André and Anna were very quick to reply and very polite hosts. Would recommend this place to anyone seeking a relaxed stay in the heart of Kuusamo.

Very nice location. 20m to the ski track and the slopes were great for walking on the boots. I recommend a cozy cottage with good equipment. Effective and seamless communication with Rami. Recommended.

It was a dream come true! The house is very nicely located. Ideal for skiers, but also for hiking and exploring it invites you. With the fireplace in the living room you get a wonderful atmosphere! The communication went perfectly and you can book beautiful tours on site

The host responded to messages kindly and showed flexibility. Great for the outdoors, as trails and winter outdoor trails comfortably 50m away on the ice of Lake Talvijärvi. A short trip to the store and the village.

The cottage perfectly met our needs and was in a really good location. The tea rake was a great home base for our family's vacation activities. A big thank you to the host!

The house is amazing and had everything we needed to feel at home. Very cozy and clean, beautiful location and very quite in the middle of nature, close to beautiful national parks and loads to do. We had such a nice stay and highly recommend the place. And Francine is a great host who helped a lot with many nice recommendations.

The stay was just what was promised. Very peaceful and beautiful place, well located away from the hustle and bustle but still close to the village. Teemu responded to quick messages and was friendly. The cottage has everything you need and the outdoor sauna got a good steam. Let's come again😊

Beautiful little cottage right on the lake. A good sauna where you can swim to your own beach in the summer, now the lake was still freezing. Near the starting point of the Little Bear Tour.
