We had a wonderful time at the cottage! Everything was as described and even more beautiful. Lovingly furnished from front to back, everything has been thought of that makes the guest's heart beat faster. Communication with Petra was always extremely warm and attentive. We can highly recommend a stay with her!

The house is very tasteful and furnished with everything you need. We felt really comfortable and were able to overlook a few things that were not quite as optimal (very steep stairs to the attic, broken window, sluggish toilet flushing) because the rest was so beautifully and noticeably thought out and prepared with love. Communication with the host went smoothly and reliably. The location is very quiet and within walking distance of a fantastic nature reserve. We enjoyed it and were able to unwind.

We had a wonderful, quiet time. The house is very cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. There's nothing missing. The view is magnificent and in the evening at sunset you really have the small beach nearby to yourself.

All in all, a great Airbnb. We had a great time in the beautiful house and the communication was nice. Highly recommend!

Beautifully quiet and idyllically located house and as in the description - the sea is within walking distance and the garden is huge. An ideal place for quiet days, especially for families. We were here with a 5-year-old and would be happy to come back.

We stayed with Tom for the weekend with the whole family and had a great time. It is fantastically beautifully decorated and everyone had fun. The beautiful large garden with trampoline and fireplace has delighted everyone. For some, the beds could be a bit hard. We were even provided with firewood and you could buy homemade honey for a fair price. We will be happy to come back! Kind regards, Rike

We spent wonderful Easter days with our two children (3 and 6 years) in Schmatzin. They were particularly impressed by the large garden with a swing, hanging handles and sandbox – a real paradise for playing and romping. We also felt completely comfortable in the house: It is very comfortably furnished, offers plenty of space and had the best mattresses we have ever experienced in a vacation home. Admittedly, the agricultural vehicles are audible, but after a few nights you get used to it. (However, there was also potato laying during our stay) Our children slept upstairs facing the garden and were not disturbed by it. The neighborhood was pleasantly quiet – we hardly saw the neighbors and didn't hear them at all. The surrounding area is scenic and offers numerous excursion possibilities, so it's guaranteed not to be boring.

We highly recommend the cottage. The place is very nicely decorated and we felt right at home. The apartment is quite the same as the photos. The kitchen was super equipped - we didn't miss anything at all. The sauna is a bit small, more for one person than for two, but that did not bother us. Since we arrived with a baby, we would have liked a baby bed and a high chair in the accommodation. Overall we had a really nice few days :)

Thank you for the stay, we felt very comfortable right away, as everything worked out for us. For 2 people a beautiful , bright and well laid out apartment overlooking the Baltic Sea. Shopping and restaurants nearby. On warmer days, it is also very good to sit on the generously sized balcony. The elevator in the house was very helpful for our luggage. A little adventure is parking in the garage, but everything worked out, just like that :-) and with some practice that was no problem. Thanks, too, for the quick replacement of the broken coffee maker. We will be happy to come back. Cheers,

We had a great week in the apartment! Especially with our 16 months old daughter, that was optimal. High chair, cot, toys and washing machine are a big plus. The balcony with beach chair is wonderful! The apartment is spacious and really everything is there if you want to feed and cook for yourself. The way to the beach is not far, we have always used the available bike for a shopping tour. Nadine was super helpful and quick to respond. We were kindly able to get into the apartment a little earlier and did not have to bridge the time after arrival. We will be happy to come back! Anja, Jean-Michel and Mina

We stayed for a week, communication was super friendly and always helpful. The apartment was totally clean and perfectly furnished for vacation. Great for families as there was also a washing machine with dryer available. The garden with barbecue was super well maintained and perfect for dinner outside. A little clairvoyant from the tenants above but that doesn't bother you. In the entrance area, we were even able to find a lot of information for things to do and you can see in and around the house that it is furnished and managed with love. We'd love to come back!

We visited Greifswald for a few days over Easter and stayed with Sigrid and Wolfgang. The apartment is large and spacious, it has everything you need. The sofa bed sleeps great, the conservatory and balcony are a dream. All in all great! The landlords live in the house, are warm and reserved, but very accessible if necessary. We felt very comfortable and welcome and will be happy to come back!

The hosts are very kind, courteous, know exactly what matters. We enjoyed the apartment with the roof terrace very much. They made sure to make everything bright and the rooms have a lot of light. Glad there's a big common space when the weather isn't so nice. Outside there is a covered barbecue area with tables and benches and everything that goes with it. Electricity for car and bikes is also provided and parking for everyone. Thank you We will come back and recommend you to friends.

There were two of us there for a week over New Year's. The apartment is great, the whole house is very new, underfloor heating, large bathroom and large bathtub make it cozy even in winter. The kitchen is excellently equipped, the apartment offers plenty of space for two, we did not use the second bedroom under the roof. The apartment was perfectly clean. For us, it was the ideal apartment for this vacation. Usedom is also worth a trip at this time of year to enjoy nature. We will be happy to come back.

A great place to stay where you can stay longer even in bad weather. Especially the immediate vicinity to the water is excellent. Responses to inquiries were quick. Overall, a lovely place and location that invites you to visit again!

Absolutely recommended. Spic and span apartment, well equipped, great shower, cozy beds. Great underfloor heating - and all this in a quaint, traditional Fischland house. Perfect with a dog, dog-friendly hostess with a lovely poodle, fenced garden, short distance to nature and even dog toys for guest dogs. Amazingly good location, you are quickly in nature and still have all restaurants and highlights and the beach within easy reach. The nearby main road did not bother us, even with the window open at night. Overall great class, we would stay there again anytime.

All in all, we had a wonderful time in Frank's apartment and surroundings. The tranquility and rural flair were perfect for us to switch off from everyday life. Excursions such as to Cape Arkona, beaches in Juliusruh and Glowe were relaxed and quickly reached by car. The kids felt very comfortable with the garden at the house, the rabbits and the horses in the wide hallway. Too bad the time was over so quickly, the late summer days in Trent were great!!

We had a very relaxing week in the apartment. The decor is tasteful, everything was very clean - we felt really comfortable.

I was most impressed by the huge roof terrace, protected from the eye for myself. The rest of the apartment was always great for me. There was nothing missing. Would book the apartment again immediately. 👍

A heartfelt thank you for a place to stay that is more heavenly than just a roof. We felt at home, welcome from the first moment. The apartment is actually much nicer than photos can ever show. The complete equipment is very valuable and tasteful, unfortunately we could not enjoy the fireplace, because the weather had decided to be warm .... 😜 Regarding the location, from Ribnitz you can get to the Baltic Sea very quickly, regardless of whether you choose Wangerode/Rostock or go to Rügen. Parking is available wherever possible. Shopping, everything perfect in the area, use Maps and you will find everything, so to speak, around the corner. The hosts are just great, we needed a casserole dish, asked briefly and it was there. After this vacation, we will definitely book this apartment (penthouse fits somehow better) again and then also for longer One thing is certain, we will be back!! and then to bathe in the lake 😁😁

We had a very nice week for two in the apartment 3, located directly on the dike to the Bodden behind it. Via the dike, you can reach the town of Zingst on foot in a few minutes. The apartment is very cozy, clean and matches the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped and you can park directly on the property in a carport. We can absolutely recommend the apartment and will definitely be back.

Maike's apartment is as shown in the listing and pictures, we felt immediately comfortable. The location is great for trips in different directions along the Baltic Sea and the amenities offer everything for a short stay. Communication was smooth and even when we were briefly locked out, Reinhard was right there.
