Our Scandinavian house is located directly on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this vacation home is an ideal place to relax. The comfortable and fully equipped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of approx. 75 m² and is suitable for max. 4 adults & 2 children.

Our exceptional and very spacious apartment (180 sqm) is located in a renovated attic in the heart of the old town. It offers plenty of space for 6 adults. The open ground floor with kitchen, living area, dining area, library, guest toilet and terrace invites you to relax. The upper floor houses 3 large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, as well as 1 additional bathroom. In two of the bedrooms, a baby crib or a folding bed for older children can be set up (€10/extra bed/night).

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

Built in 2019, the house sits on the edge of a small vacation home area and has a large terrace. The lovingly furnished bedrooms are each equipped with a large bed, TV and dresser. Relax in this special and quiet space. In a secluded location next to our farm, you will find a very cozy apartment here, in which a large family with grandma and grandpa also feel comfortable. Likewise, two families with children have space to let off steam in the adjacent playground. Our pets, the dwarf dachshund Paule, the dog Jule as well as a few chickens will surely meet you on the farm. In just 20 minutes you are in Stralsund, Greifswald or on Rügen
