Waterfront vacation rentals in Posedarje

Great accomodation, very clean and seems to be rather newly reconstructed. Starigrad is also nice, witb many restaurants and shops. Sea was super warm and calm.

This efficiency apartment was immaculate throughout. We used the lounge chairs and a table outside where we had our drinks and enjoyed the view of the lake. I wish we could have stayed more than 1 night!

Tolle Wohnung, sehr schöne Aussicht, die Lage des Pools ist atemberaubend! Wir hatten eine wunderbare und sehr erholsame Woche in der Ferienwohnung, würden sofort wiederkommen. Luka s Vater ist sehr hilfsbereit und man hat trotzdem viel Privatsphäre.

Toni was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us the house, he was very flexible in our arrival time. Spacious and clean house. View from the balcony is amazing as seen in the pictures. Comfortable couch and matrass. Pillows for sleeping were a bit too soft/squishy for our liking, but that's personal taste. Kitchen was fully equipped, also with oil and herbs. Bathroom was nice, really clean, a lot of towels and even shampoo and laundry detergent supplied. Great place to stay near Zadar and the surrounding nature parks. Recommendation: Modric cave, just 6min away by car. 2 small supermarkets nearby and a big one at +-10-15min drive. Lot of free spacious parking space right in front of the building. All in all, great stay at Tonis place.

Amazing location and view of the water. The water is literally a staircase from the unit, excellent for swimming and water activities. Studio is simple but clean and well equipped. The wifi was a bit weak and slow, but everything else was perfect! We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Die Unterkunft entspricht absolut der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und schön gestaltet, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet,was man benötigt. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum mit eigenem Grillbereich, Sonnenliegen und Außendusche. Auch der gesamte Außenbereich mit dem Pool ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Hier haben Groß und Klein Ihren Spaß. Die Vermieterin Anna und ihr Mann wohnen im selben Haus und sind bei Fragen oder Problemen jederzeit per Nachricht oder persönlich ansprechbar. Auch eine defekte Glühbirne wurde ruckzuck ausgetauscht. Der Ort Seline selbst ist überschaubar und vom Haus ist man in 10 min am Strand. Es gibt ein paar Restaurants,einen kleinen Supermarkt und Stände mit Souvenirs, Obst/Gemüse/Brot und allem, was man für den Strand so brauchen kann. Alles in Allem war es ein toller Urlaub in schöner Umgebung!

Wir hatten einen superschönen und erholsamen Urlaub in diesem Appartment. Vom Balkon aus konnte man direkt das Meer sehen und es gab wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Auch der Strand war gleich erreichbar, man musste nur eine Treppe hinunter gehen und schon war man da. Es gab auch Sonnenliegen und Schirme am Strand, die zur Wohnung gehören. Die Wohnung ist genauso wie versprochen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch der Kontakt zu Sandrine u.Nicolas war sehr herzlich. Um diese Jahreszeit ist es hier sehr ruhig und erholsam, ich denke in der Hauptsaison ist mehr los. Für uns war es aber so genau richtig! Danke für alles und wir kommen gerne mal wieder!

Nous avons passées trois jours à novigrad et c'est un petit village merveilleux. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour que vous passiez des vacances paisibles. Nous sommes en bord de mer près d'un petit port très charmant et agréable. Il y a une super plage accessible à pied en 20 min à peine tout en longeant le bord de mer. Les habitants sont calmes et respectueux. Ils ont un train de vie paisible et ils nous plongent inconsciemment dans cette tranquillité. Je recommande. Notre hôte était à nos petits soins, malgré la barrière de la langue qui nous a pas forcément permis de communiquer de la meilleure des façons, elle a toujours fait en sorte que nous nous sentions bien et que nous manquions de rien. Merci.

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und nett: gute Aussicht, modernes Interior mit Vintage-Touch, praktisch eingerichtet, hat alles. Vielen Dank, dass wir kommen durften. Liebe Grüsse

L'alloggio si trova in una bella zona, tranquilla con a due passi un piccolo supermercato e Qualche bar. Fuori casa inizia la strada pedonale che porta al centro storico, raggiungibile in una mezz'oretta a piedi; la strada è caratterizzata da numerose splendide calette. La posizione della casa per noi è stata l'ideale proprio perché tranquilla e buona come posizione. Danijel e sua moglie sono molto disponibili alle comunicazione, riservati e non invadenti. Il monolocale è piccolo ma dispone di tutto il necessario ed è molto comodo e confortevole. Cucina e bagno attrezzato e tutto perfettamente pulito e in ordine! Grazie Danijel!

Im Haus war alles wie beschrieben. Das Einzige, was verwunderlich war, dass es in der Küche kein warmes Wasser gab. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt, dadurch, dass kein Haus mehr vor diesem steht, hat man einen perfekten Blick auf das Karinmeer. Leider ist jetzt der Weg vor dem Haus verlängert worden, so dass es nicht mehr ganz so ruhig ist, wie erhofft. Auch wurde der Strand auf der linken Seite jetzt mit Kies aufgefüllt, so dass die Natürlichkeit leider verloren gegangen ist. Aber das hat man in Kroatien jetzt leider so oft. Das sind aber wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten. Alles in Allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem schönen Haus mit super Lage.

Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben und die Umgebung ebenfalls. Ema war super freundlich und hilfsbereit :)

Wir sind 2 h früher eingetroffen als geplant aber wir konnten Andrej eine Stunde vor Ankunft informieren und durften dann schon früher einchecken. Das Haus war sauber und etwas zu essen und trinken war schon für uns im Kühlschrank. Ein Angestellter von Andrej hat uns alles erklärt und kam auch jeden Morgen in der Früh als noch alle geschlafen haben um den Pool sauber zu machen. Im Haus kann man die Spülmaschine benutzen und auch die Waschmaschine, tabs und Spülmittel ist schon da gewesen. Außen schaltet sich die Beleuchtung automatisch am Abend an und lässt sich leider nicht manuell ausschalten was an machen Zimmern von draußen dann rein scheint. In der Nähe gibt es gleich ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker, die jeden Tag auf haben. Nach Pag sind es ca 30 min, dort ist auch die nächste Tankstelle und größere Supermärkte. Zum Meer sind es von der Wohnung nur 5 min zu Fuß und man kann auch ohne badeschuhe direkt ins Wasser gehen. Alles in allem kann man hier super urlaub machen. Gerne wieder!

Diese Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und glücklich unseren Urlaub da verbringen zu dürfen. :-) Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und haben uns super nett empfangen. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Alles lief unkompliziert und reibungslos ab. Vielen Dank dafür. :-)

This place is truly amazing—recently renovated with stylish furniture throughout and a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need. It’s in a perfect location too, just a 5-minute walk to the city center and only 2 minutes from a supermarket. Super convenient and comfortable!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Michelle. Nous avons été accueilli par Andreas qui a été très accueillant, attentionné et toujours de très bons conseils. L'appartement est conforme à la description et l'emplacement est idyllique pour des vacances paisibles loins des lieux bondés de monde. Je recommande cet appartement allez y les yeux fermés...

A beautiful, restful place to stay in Zadar. Close to all amenities and great restaurants. Very easy to get around. The apartment is immaculate. The bed was nicely firm, fluffy towels, everything you may need was there. The hosts really stood for us. Lovely couple, who enjoy what they do.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Easy and helpful communication. Apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean comfortable and cozy. The location, especially the balcony and private water access was so nice. There are a couple of good nearby restaurant options (including 1 next door with boats of tourists coming by the waterfront access most days). Really lovely and kind hospitality from Vedrana’s mother, Jasna, including welcome fruit from the property and drinks. The only possible critique is the internet is a little slow, but steady and functional for most things. Highly recommend! Thanks again!

Przepiękny, nowoczesny, ekskluzywny, przestrzenny apartament, idealnie położony nad samą wodą tuż przy deptaku.Bardzo dobrze wyposażony, smart tv w każdej sypialni, czyściutkie ręczniki, dobra pościel, ładna zastawa, dostępna chemia, pralka, leżaki to wszystko uczyniło pobyt przyjemniejszym. Świetna komunikacja i przemiły pan Josip, który w świąteczny dzień przywiózł swój prywatny kabel hdmi, doceniam i dziękuję. Blisko sklep spożywczy, cisza i spokój. Polecam

Het was een heel mooi apartement, met alles wat je nodig hebt. Heel goed te bereiken met de auto en met een prachtig uitzicht. Je hoeft maar 100 meter te lopen voor een heerlijk strandje. Communicatie met Petra verliep ook heel goed. Het enige minpuntje is dat er geen rolluik is waardoor je sochtends heel vroeg wakker wordt. Verder echt een top ruimte dus bedankt Petra!

The apartment is just like in the photos, spacious, clean and has rich amenities. The sea is really very close, 1-minute walk. Within 3 minutes the shores have shallow water with sand beneath that make it a great fit for families with small children. I would come back anytime to the apartment and the surroundings too. Our host was also very kind and responsive, she made sure that we can occupy the apartment as soon as possible - in fact we could get the keys 4.5 hours before the previously settled time.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - die Wohnung war sauber, geräumig und modern. Wir haben die Terrasse mit der wunderbaren Aussicht auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang geliebt. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Nin, Zadar, bzw. die Erkundung der vielseitigen Landschaft mit dem Fahrrad oder E-Scooter optimal. Ein schöner Sandstrand ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren absolut lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
