Fantastic experience! Check-in and check-out were very easy, with super flexible schedules that allowed us to best organize our stay. The place matched the photos perfectly: everything was clean, cozy, and with a beautiful pool that we loved. The area was quiet, perfect for relaxing. A special thank you to Elvis's father, a very kind person and always available for any request. Highly recommended for families and/or groups of friends!

We stayed with Antonio in the house for 10 days in August. We were received very nicely by Antonio's mother, who carries out the check-in. She lives in a unit in the house, is available for questions but otherwise you don't notice her much. One evening, she grilled delicious fish for us. Great big pool, great outdoor kitchen and clean house. All as described. I will gladly come back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this vacation home! The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful and close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The host was incredibly hospitable and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor space was a great bonus, offering a lovely area to relax and enjoy the scenery. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our vacation and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway .

The house is close to the beach, about 8 minutes walk, Zadar is half hour by car. Nearby there is more than a grocery store and a large supermarket (5 minutes walk), a pharmacy, a bank, a bakery... On the beach there is a beautiful view at night. Sometimes concerts take place and there are restaurants, ice cream parlors... The house is clean and everything you need is there, a washing machine, fridge, air conditioning, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, oven, cooking utensils, towels, linens... Gordana was waiting for us with her husband. Communication between us was very easy, they were very nice and very friendly. It was a wonderful holiday and my kids were very pleased. I recently stayed at this fantastic Airbnb for 3 nights. The location is perfect – right in the heart of the village and just a short walk to the beach. The apartment was clean, comfortable, The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay near the sea.

Anita welcomed us in a very friendly way and answered all our questions very quickly. The house and around the house is all spanking clean. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The beds are comfortable, which was very conducive to our relaxation. The pool was maintained every morning while we slept and we also enjoyed having a nice cool-down on sunny days. We were able to drive to everything perfectly from the house and had great experiences. At night it gets very dark so we could see the stars very well. It's so nice and quiet that we were able to sleep very well. We will be happy to come back.

We were 8 in this accommodation in June 2025 and were more than satisfied. First of all, communication with the host was flawless. The responses were always very quick. She was always very courteous and helpful with any questions. The place looked just like, if not better, than the pictures. The hostess even provided us with a brand new badminton set including a net, without us asking. The pool was also cleaned several times. The location is great. There are two supermarkets in the immediate vicinity where you can get everything you need. The water and the beach are very close, bars, soccer and basketball court are also very quick to reach. We also had no problems with the neighbors. In summary, the week at Villa M&N in Posedarje was very nice and relaxing. We lacked nothing. The hostess and the accommodation are definitely recommended!

Before booking and arriving, Saša was very friendly and helpful. He answered questions very quickly through this portal! Upon arrival, he has already been waiting for us and showed us everything. It was not an issue for him that our dog (labrador mix) was there. The garden was completely fenced and had privacy. From the first floor you had a nice view on the sea. As a welcome, there was Croatian beer and cola in the fridge. To say goodbye we got a homemade gift. We were very pleased and highly recommend it.

We liked it very much! The place was really so quiet and you were totally private. A chair/lounger was always missing for the 7th person. Those who are afraid of wasps should not book, as they are outside by the pool all day and drink, but otherwise they do nothing :)

Sara and her family were the perfect hosts. The cottage is very nicely decorated, a real highlight is the outdoor area. Everything is lovingly designed and in very good condition. There's also a small vegetable garden and chickens. The nearby place Posedarje is very nice. Also Novigrad is a very nice place that can be reached in 15 minutes by car. We highly recommend the house!

The house is very modern and big. The location is beautiful and on the balcony on the 3rd floor you have a fantastic view. Petra was very friendly and helped us with many things. For example, she recommended restaurants and bars. Even when we wanted to go to Zadar, she helped us organize a taxi. This accommodation of Petra is really highly recommended!

We stayed at Ivona’s place for 3 nights. It was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children, very spacious, clean. Kitchen is very well equipped and there is a lovely view from the terrace when you have your meals. Swimming pool is perfect to cool off. Ivona was absent but her parents welcomed us. They were extremely friendly. We really appreciated this warm welcome which always makes a difference in Airbnb. Thank you.

Very nice house, full of comforts, nice beds, good air conditioning in all rooms, lovely swimming pool! There was some beer, bottle of wine, water and fruit ready, great You can eat nice food at Restoran Marin (also nice waiters, which is certainly not everywhere in Croatia), if it is not too hot you can walk there. We skipped the Plitvice lakes, too busy and too hot. There are plenty of nice little waterfalls with lakes where you can enjoy swimming (nice cold water), for example at Berberov buk, restaurants and so on. If you want to bathe quietly, drive a bit further along the Zrmanja until you see a parking space on the right. We enjoyed swimming here.

We were guests of Marija and her family for two weeks in August 2024. Marija is a very friendly and caring host. The arrival was hassle-free and the house was easy to find. Welcome by Marija and her family. Short briefing and information on where to shop. The apartment is on the 1st floor. Marija and her family live at the bottom of the house. The in-laws live in the house next door. Everyone is very nice. No one disturbed us. During our stay, we were able to use the pool and also the barbecue undisturbed. The apartment is perfect for a family with 2 children. The kitchen offers the possibility to prepare simple dishes. Air conditioning in the residential area covers all rooms and so even at high temperatures, a pleasant sleeping was possible. Marija has asked again and again if everything is okay and has always given us tips for excursions and special features. Thank you Marija, for the great days with you!

Šime and his daughter were excellent hosts. They were extremely responsive to all our needs and were willing to visit us in person if necessary to resolve any issues. Their pride in their house and olive grove shines through and made our stay in Croatia very special.

Klaudija is an incredibly nice and lovely host! In your house you feel completely comfortable, it is super clean and you have everything you need! Everything matches the photos. Our highlight was the illuminated saltwater pool. We will be back ! Thank you dear Klaudija.

First, I have to say a big thank you to Greta and her mother, who helped us very warmly with everything we need in the apartment . Apartment was sparkling clean fully equipped from bathroom, kitchen , garden, etc. The apartment is super nice , clean and smells very good, the location was quiet, and you could do a lot on the beach or simply is well positioned. The Greta and her mom are very friendly and provided us very much with love. Thank you our family were very happy during the Easter holidays! See you next time.

Nice, clean appartment in a beautiful house with lovely garden. Marija is very friendly. A big supermarkt is 10 minutes away by car. Plenty of things to do and see in the area.

We were satisfied with everything. Above expectations! Gordana is very communicative and allways there for help or advice. Very clean room and beautiful garden kitchen, big terrace with shadow all day. Near nice beach with trees and clean and warm sea. Beach also great for little children. Posedarje is little village with few restaurant and bars. Gordana is an owner of wine and olive oil cellar and she prepared us degustation witho posedarski pršut (prosciutto).
