Owner was very helpful, flexible, gave a us good recommendations. House was very nice, clean, cozy, equipped with entertainments for both adults and children. Suitable for families, couples and party groups. We would definitely go back to the same house if we travel to Zadar again.

Super Unterkunft. Genau wie auf den Bildern. Die Villa ist sehr groß und jeden Cent wert. In der Stadt gibt es ein gutes Restaurant. Abends gibt es eine entspannte Bar am Wasser. Mit dem Taxi kommt man recht einfach nach Zadar. Wärmste Empfehlung. Wir werden wieder buchen.

We arrived with 3 people at this beautiful house and spend a few wonderful days there. The owners got there just a few minutes after our arrival. They were very friendly and polite. They got some fresh fruits, and different kinds of bread for us. There were some cold drinks, cheese and cold cuts in the fridge, too. Everything was beautiful decorated and we felt comfortable from the first moment we arrived. The pool was awesome (still a little bit cold, but it was a nice refreshment in the afternoons) and everything looked exactly as described! The rooms were very bright and super clean. The check in was easy and the communication was quick and effortless. There are some beautiful beaches in the area, but I would recommend to go there by car. The next beach was less than a 10 min drive and only about 800m away. My friends and I would stay here anytime again! (:

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille dans c cette maison qui repond en tous points a nos besoins : une maison isolée et très confortable pour des vacances en famille. Tomi a été très disponible et nous a orienté de suite vers les beaux emplacements a voir dans les environs.

Large well equipped house, with five generous double bedrooms. There is lots of space for a large group or family. Kitchen was generally well equipped. The house is on a busy road so the pool area does have some road noise but you cannot hear it in the house. All the windows have shutters and bug screens which is great. The house is very convenient for exploring the general area, we even drive down as far as Split on a day trip.

We were welcomed with a charcuterie board and some Croatian wine, what a lovely way to start your holiday. First of all, the kitchen was fully equipped, such as Tupperwares, bbq utensils and even some basic cooking ingredients. The bedrooms all included airconditioning and a private bathroom, which were all stocked with hotel facilities (little soaps, hairdryers, …). The best part of this new, modern, lovely villa was the beautiful garden which had nice pool that was cleaned everyday by the owner. During our stay, the owners were very helpful, friendly and at the end they felt like family. Villa Banovi is the place to unwind, sit back and relax! Highly recommend! Greetings from Belgium

Wir verbrachten mit 13 Personen 5 tolle Tage in Ivanas Haus. Es gibt 5 Doppelzimmer im Obergeschoss, von denen 4 über ein eigenes direkt angrenzendes Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken verfügen. Das 5. Doppelzimmer hat auch ein eigenes Bad, jedoch muss man über den Flur laufen. Das ist aber nicht schlimm. Im Erdgeschoss ist ein weiteres Doppelzimmer mit einem 3. Bett und ein weiteres großes Badezimmer. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Ein großer Esstisch grenzt direkt an die Küche. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und schon mit der Bettwäsche bezogen. Es gab ausreichend handtücher. Der außenbereich mit Pool und außenküche ist unglaublich. Wir hatten tolles Wetter und waren nur draußen. Ivanas Haus hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen, ich würde hier jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen. Ivana ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die alle meine Fragen immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet hat. Danke für die tolle Zeit.

Jadranka and Mirco were super warm hosts and also welcomed us directly with some drinks and food, thanks again for that :) The villa and especially the view from the villa on the water is super nice, all in we can only recommend a stay with Mirco and Jadranka.

The house was very clean, the host was very welcoming and communicated well with me. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. 10/10

Tolles Airbnb mit viel Platz, gemütlichen Betten und Couch sowie einem sehr schönen Pool. Wir durften sogar früher einchecken und später auschecken. Es war alles sehr unkompliziert.

Le logement était parfait, il correspond parfaitement à l'annonce, super bien situé dans un endroit à couper le souffle, et l'hôte est très réactif. Je recommande !

Je tiens personnellement à remercier Ante pour toute sa bienveillance pendant toute la durée de ce séjour et de son écoute. The house was really clean and tidy, as beautiful as in the photos. equipped with everything you needed. the spaces were very large and therefore also the swimming pool, which was also convenient as it was close to the beach. We recommend Villa Pomalo to anyone who wants to spend a holiday in peace, fun and above all in the company of friends or family.

Die GastgeberInnen waren äußerst freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war einwandfrei und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Außendusche war ein Traum nach jedem heißen Strandtag, die Waschmaschine (& Trockner, wobei die Wäsche draußen eh schneller trocknet) erlaubt es, mit weniger Gewand/Gepäck zu reisen, was insbesondere mit kleinen Kindern enorm praktisch war und die Klimaanlagen sind ein Segen. Der Kiesstrand in ~300m Gehdistanz war nie zu voll, meist ruhig und das in ufernähe flache Wasser ist ein Traum für kleine Kinder. Es tummeln sich Fische im Wasser, manchmal erspäht man einen Seestern und auch Muscheln lassen sich erschnorcheln. Dass man danach nicht monatelang Sand mit sich herum schleppt, ist ein weiteres Plus. Auch Sightseeing kommt in der Gegend nicht zu kurz; besonders erwähnt seien Nin, Zadar und die Wasserfälle am Fluss Zrmanja sind wunderschön. TLDR: Alles top, wie beschrieben und nur weiterzuempfehlen.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Die Unterkunft war wirklich so ruhig gelegen und man war total privat. Es fehlte für die 7. Person immer ein Stuhl/ eine Liege. Wer Angst vor Wespen hat, sollte eher nicht buchen, da diese den ganzen Tag außen am Pool sind und trinken, ansonsten tun sie aber nichts :)

Uzun zamandır yaptığımız en iyi tatildi. Ev sahipleri çok kibar ve nazik insanlar. Kendi bahçelerinde yetiştirdikleri şeylerden ikramda bulundular. Her türlü ihtiyacımızı karşıladılar. Yakındaki Organizasyon ve festivallerle ilgili tavsiyelerde bulundular. Gerçekten çok güzel geçti. herkese tavsiye ederim.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon, the place was immaculately presented and the facilities to relax and unwind were spot on. It was peaceful 24/7 and perfectly located for us to explore Croatia and it’s gems! Tonka is a great host and was on hand at the drop of a message. I would recommend to anyone starting here. 5 stars from us.

Wow, wow, wow…Das Haus ist fantastisch. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail. Der Ausblick auf die Adria und die Berge ist wahnsinnig schön, wenn dann auch noch die Sonne aufgeht und die Gipfel in den schönsten Rot-Tönen färbt, ist man einfach nur geflasht. Der beheizte Pool lässt einen auch im Oktober noch ausgiebig schwimmen und in den Betten schläft man traumhaft, deshalb haben wir sie uns auch abfotografiert, weil wir diese auch zuhause haben wollen😊 Strategisch war die Lage super für unsere Ausflüge. Uns waren die Nationalparke wichtig und diese konnte man von Podgradina gut erreichen. Das Velebit-Gebirge hat zudem die kalten Temperaturen aus dem Inland abgehalten, so dass wir auch Ende Oktober Temperaturen um die 24 Grad hatten und immer auf der Terrasse frühstücken konnten.

Absolut zu empfehlen! Die Unterkunft war sogar noch schöner als beschrieben,Antonia und ihr Mitarbeiter waren jeder Zeit erreichbar und sehr nett und angenehm .Alles war mehr als zufriedenstellend.Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder dort wohnen.

Wonderful villa, everything you would need & more! Fabulous for a quiet vacation, but only a short drive and you are at the lakes . Pool and hot tub were perfect and spotless ! Lovely outdoor bbq area , and play area for kids. House itself had everything, spacious and spotless … showers were excellent and beds were super comfortable. Lucija was very kind and gave us fresh eggs and cherries . She was alway on hand if we needed to query anything, yet also had our privacy. Will definitely be back again . Thank you Lucija for a wonderful villa and surroundings .

Fantastic cottage home built in 1806. Very peaceful place to relax and central to area attractions and close to motorway to get anywhere quickly including Split. The home is fantastic and very unique and worth the stay. Well equipped with pool and AC in each room and common area. The host was fantastic and did provide a some Croatian delicacies (Pekka) that was delicious on their old wood stove! (Extra cost and you will need to plan at least a day in advance since it does require some planning and work). There are fruit trees all over and was nice to enjoy some (when in season) to have fresh juices or as a snack. Thanks again to our wonderful hosts we loved it.
