Vacation rentals with a patio in Poschiavo

Very cute and comfortable in such a cute location. All the amenities were great.

Elena was amazing. She was very flexible and responsive regarding our arrival and very friendly as well. The BnB has very accessible private parking, and was right on the water with a beautiful view. The location was next to a train station as well if you wanted to visit the other towns in Como!

Very accommodating and friendly host who acts proactively and was always available. The property was as described and very clean. The location to the lake is also optimal and the view is also very nice. We have nothing to complain about and would recommend the accommodation and the host without exception. Keep it up 👍🏻

Extremely well maintained and equipped apartment, located in a quiet part near Lake Como. Fabio was also extremely patient in informing us about the train / bus schedules to move around the area. Will definitely return if I’m ever back!

Luca was an amazing host. Great communication, flexible, gave recommendations and instructions how to get around. He even picked us up from the train station in the rain which was very nice of him! His place was extremely clean and smelled wonderful. The view was amazing, the location was private, great for those who want to get away. Luca was one of the best air bnb hosts we've ever had. would 100% book with him again.

Perfect little apartment for a ski holiday in Livigno. Short walk to the bottom of the slopes. Comfortable and clean and looks exactly like the photos just maybe a little smaller.

Lara and her home were absolutely incredible! This was by far one of the best experiences we have ever had. Her apartment was beautiful and she was an incredibly kind, helpful, responsive, warm and welcoming host. We had the most wonderful time here and can’t wait to come back! Thank you Lara!

Had a great stay! Beautiful view and garden, verandas to eat on, helpful host, and very well-equipped kitchen. Beds are not the most comfortable.

My siblings and I, + our significant others, traveled to Italy for the first time together for our cousins wedding in Florence. We decided to find a place to relax after the busy wedding festivities and always wanted to visit Lake Como. When I saw this listing I knew it would be the perfect place for us. Oh, how right I was!!! Villa Nella could not have been a more perfect stay. The views were absolutely breathtaking (even from the bathrooms)! We truly felt so at peace and so comfortable in this home. It is so conveniently located to everything, and we had the best time exploring the town of Varenna and all of the beauty it has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed being outdoors on the front balcony and the side yard! The weather for us was PERFECT. The beds were all very comfortable and the bathrooms were very spacious. They also had a packet of all of their recommendations for dining out, shopping, sightseeing, etc. that was very helpful. We can’t wait to come back again soon! ❤️

We had a wonderful time in Gera Lario! Gabriele was a wonderful host and gave us great restaurant recommendations. The house was stunning, especially with the balcony overlooking the lake. We felt very welcomed.

The house is perfectly equipped and ideally located in Ela Park. Suitable for a quiet stay, close to nature with all the comforts you need. Multiple hiking opportunities from and around the accommodation. We had a wonderful time with the family in this warm setting. Thanks to Genevieve for her good advice, responsiveness and suggestions that were appreciated.

Great apartment above Menaggio. The view from the terrace of Lake Como and the mountains is fantastic. The apartment is very cozy and well equipped and is in a very quiet environment. The center of Menaggio is a short walk away, good hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Georgia Louise responded immediately to questions and was very helpful. This place is highly recommended!

Everything was perfect!

Wow! We have fallen in love with Varenna! We are so happy that we booked Marco and Syliva's wonderful apartment who were very welcoming! A breathtaking (beyond words or photos) view awaits you in the apartment. Everything was as pictured and even better. The terrace outside was an extra bonus! Large and private with an incredible view of course. The beds were very, very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless - good size, all the amenities and the shower was very nice with good water pressure and hot water. The apartment is up the hill from the ferry and quiet and peaceful. A short walk (5 min) brings you into the main square of the town. Varenna is small, so everything is close. Restaurants amazing! Al Prato and il Cavatappi were great! The Monastery & Villa Capressi - gorgeous! We took a boat ride. We toured other amazing villas too. Plenty of room for me and my husband & our adult daughter. We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation at Andreas's. The apartment is as described and worth every penny. We pay particular attention to cleanliness and this apartment was more than clean! Andreas and his family really make an effort and you can tell. We had a great time and recommend Andreas and the town of Glurns. We will definitely come back because we still have so much to discover! 😊✨

Great stay at Enricos place, situated in the centre of the historic part of bormio everything within the town is within walking distance. Enrico kindly provided helpful instructions for arriving/departing the property through videos which were greatly appreciated. The property also has access to a garage which was ideal for us as we were travelling with bikes. Highlight of the property has to be the shower which is huge!

Valentina was our point of contact, and she went the extra mile to make our short stay excellent. Friendly and pleasant, she personally met us, and left us some nice extra touches. The WiFi is fast; the parking is close to the apartment, and secure; and the view from the back patio is wonderful. Pay attention to Valentina's recommended list of places to go. The cool place she recommended for breakfast was the last place we stopped before leaving town, and it was awesome! Right down on the water.
