House vacation rentals in Poschiavo

On a road trip around Europe and this Airbnb was just amazing. Location is pristine and amazing. BEAUTIFUL view and comfy bed :) I will come back!!

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 8 at the Villa. We were prepared for the little walk through the village to access the villa having watched the video that was in the villa manual that was provided in advance of our stay. The villa itself is immaculate and well equipped. We found the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms to be ideal for 4 couples. The bedrooms had breathtaking views of Lake Como and the outside sitting areas were very private and also had great views. The pool was clean and easy to access providing a welcome cool down during hotter days. Maximillian was always available on WhatApp to answer any questions. The village itself is small and quaint - we had a nice rustic meal at the local restaurant and the owners were very hospitable. From the villa we drove down the hill to Menaggio where we got a ferry to explore the region. We hired two cars at Linate Airport & were able to explore easily. Highly recommend a stay at Familia Bremner villa. Thanks Ute & family

We enjoy every minute we stay at Martas place. It was such a needed escape from the busy touristy like places around Como. The pool on the premise was just a dream for my kids, the view is uncanny. Thanks Marta for this lovely stay. We will be back !

Had a short two night stay at Alexsandras apartment. She was really friendly and informative, and her lovely parents met us on arrival. The view of Lake Iseo is stunning, and as we arrived late, she recommended a really good pizza restaurant 5 minutes walk away. The space is spotless and has a great kitchen. As is usual in Italy, there's no microwave. Italians like their food fresh! You definitely need a small car to get there, but that's why they invited a Fiat 500! Getting there is along very tight streets, and very steep roads, so a small car is essential, but that adds to the charm. Really good spot!

First of all the location is amazing, the property was great, swimming pool and view was unreal, looking over the whole lake and all mountains. Fabio and Marta were such amazing hosts went out their way to help us get to the air bnb location, provided us with any need outside of regular requests, answered the calls and texts at all times and were super friendly and helpful from the beginning till the end, Thank you for making this an amazing visit we will make sure to come back. A very nice house in a great place with fantastic views over Lake Como! The house and pool are beautiful and everything is new and clean. Charlotte is a very nice host who is always available and ready for you.

Beautiful place. We really wanted a peaceful spot with beautiful views and got exactly that. The house is up in the mountains above Lenno with access to good restaurants but it was a challenging walk from town. Recommend getting a car and taxis are not consistent. We would go back to the area and back to the same house.

Innocenta and Fabio’s sparkling, spacious apartment was the perfect base for a wonderful stay in Varenna on Lake Como. The apartment itself is beautiful with everything we needed - a great bathroom, abundance of towels, shampoo etc and a well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed. Everything was spotless and the attention to detail was amazing. Innocenta and Fabio provided a lot of food and snacks and a delicious apperitivo and nibbles to welcome us. The apartment has a garden for the use of guests with lovely outdoor furniture and a panoramic view of Lake Como. To make this place even more wonderful, Innocenta and Fabio made such an effort to help and advise us - their friendly hospitality added so much value to our experience. Thank you for your kindness and for making our stay so memorable.

We spent a week, beginning of January, in the cottage and it was very comfortable despite the negative outside temperatures. The multiple heat points (pellet stove, open fire and radiator) allowed us to be perfectly comfortable and we always had enough wood and pellets, available. Our host was lovely and caring. The cottage was very clean as well as the sheets and towels available ☺️ The cottage is located in a beautiful place, very quiet and with amazing views of the mountains. The area is very charming, lots of hikes possible and restaurants to try. I also recommend a visit to the Teglio tourist office, where we were very well received and advised. A perfect vacation! No complaints, 😌 a big thank you!

The house is a gem, but if possible the village and the surroundings even more. The two of us and our furry friends fell in love with the air you breathe, a place set in time but at the same time close to everything. The Valmalenco and its mountains are a breathtaking place that stays in the heart! It's also a super-appointed place for dogs as there's no lack of indoor and outdoor space. Friendly and friendly Compaesani. You will love it!

Vacation above expectations. The house is essential, but with everything you need, very clean and cozy. The wood-burning heater was a beautiful and engaging discovery. The lack of electricity, supplied by the photovoltaic, was not a problem, as well as we really appreciated the absence of the TV. A little less, from the ladies, the inability to use the hair dryer....but, quiet, it seems that from next year the 220 (unfortunately!) arrives. Enzo and his wife were very kind and very helpful as were co-host Michela. The surroundings are beautiful and allow hiking in pristine mountains. Not far from the house, I point out La Posteria Baitel, where you can eat typical local dishes, be welcomed by the very nice Lollo and make friends with the Valleys who are extremely friendly.

Excellent experience. The house has a living area with windows for an enviable view. Convenient location also for families with small children, close to many points of interest, there is no shortage of restaurants and pubs. Very courteous and helpful hosts, they provided us with all the information we requested. We will definitely be back!!!

Perfect for families with kids, close to ski lifts.

Absolute enthusiasm. I have fallen in love, the house is a force. Andri has carefully planned the renovation down to the last detail and did not save anything. A privilege that Andri rents out his house. I hope he will do this for a long time. The materials, the architecture, the furnishings, everything at its best. Even the sauna is designed. Everything is as beautiful as pictured. In addition, the history of the house in this beautiful village. Andri and his parents are extremely likeable, we felt very welcome. We, our sons and their friends who were there, were all thrilled and really appreciated staying so nice. The snow conditions in Scuol were still very good at the beginning of March despite high day temperatures, even the dream slope to Sent. You can drive to nearby Ftan, where you have access to the entire ski resort. Many thanks to Andri and his parents. Looking forward to the next stay.

We spent a very relaxing week in Federico's well-kept house and surroundings. We liked the quiet location of the accommodation and the view of the mountains very much. It was particularly nice to enjoy the morning coffee in the first rays of sunshine at the house in the beautiful garden or to spend some reading time on the deck chairs in the sun under the palm trees in the late afternoon. The bright and cozy winter garden is also great for all meals. Federico is a warm host and always available for questions or arrangements. We felt completely comfortable.

Those who want nature and tranquility and have their own car will absolutely appreciate this accommodation. The surroundings are beautiful. No crowds of tourists, no noise. We have not tried how easy it would be to get around here with public transport, but we do not imagine it to be so easy. The car could be parked not far from the accommodation (300 meters approx.). Como town is 1.5 hours away, and the northern part of Lake Como is 30 minutes away. The apartment is spacious, super clean, it has everything you need for cooking. Bed comfortable, bathroom pleasant. Internet is sufficient for private use. Giovanni is very nice and even if he doesn't speak English, he is very resourceful. Many instructions had already been prepared in writing and when he received us, he used Google Translate on his cell phone so that we could communicate with each other. There is even a small children's playground opposite the bus stop. We will be happy to come back.

We had an unforgettable stay at Cristina and Mauro's house. As already mentioned several times in the reviews, the view from the deck is breathtaking! What a joy to wake up every morning to this different show every day... And what about this beautiful house, full of charm while remaining functional, we felt like home. One thing is for sure, you'll never want to leave this paradise again! We'll be back for sure. Thanks again to both of you and see you soon!

The house is very nicely renovated. The expansion is very modern, stylish and high quality. In particular, the bathrooms and amenities are excellent. Everything you need and this with peace and views. Great starting point for hikes, excursions and sights. Right at the train station and within walking distance. Only on the way to the house is caution advised, as it is directly along the street. Spacious and well-equipped rooms and terrace available. Highly recommended👍

They say that Bellagio is the jewel of lake como , i believe its Where you stay and also the host , I have been in different places with different and marvelous location but nothing comparable with a place that you feel comfortable in during your stay,and what even makes your stay beyond expectations is the host and i believe Deborah did really made things lovely and easy specially for someone that is not familiar with local customs or the location Simply one of the most beautiful experiences i’v ever had and strongly recommend the place as the photos does not do justice to the place trust me
