Monthly Rentals in Portsmouth

The apartment is in a ranch ranch style house. The apartment is small, cozy and comfortable. Clean and nest. The location was quiet, close to the Piscataqua River, we watched the tugs move ships in and out. The area is walkable, the walk into Portsmouth across the river is about 4 miles round trip. The apartment was well located for what we wanted to do. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals, pots/pans, spice rack, olive oil, utensils, etc. Dakota was easy to communicate with, usually had a quick response to a text. We plan to stay again

This was a great little loft that worked perfectly for our girls trip to Portsmouth. We could walk everywhere and found free overnight parking in a nearby lot. check in was a breeze and the space felt comfortable and airy. The kitchen is brand new and though we didn't cook for ourselves, we did appreciate the coffee and tea that was available. We also liked the beds, showers and games! Lovely unit in a great location!

Marla was a wonderful host throughout our stay! The cozy apartment was clean and close to downtown Portsmouth. Marla and her family seem very invested in recycling and composting, which we appreciated.

The condo is new and well-maintained. It is equipped with everything necessary for a long stay. My wife, our young child, and I stayed there for two weeks, and there was plenty of space. We were there at the end of February, and I would definitely rent this place again during the summer.
