Vacation rentals in Portsmouth Island

This was thought to be ideal for our stay of six which included four kids ranging 6-16 yrs old...This place exceeded our expectations! Cozy, neat, clean, spacious, loved the gold accents, a balcony w/ beach view and located close to the indoor pool & hot tub for the cooler weather we had. My teenagers enjoy playing outdoor basketball, we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub & walks on beach. Has a lot to offer to keep kids entertained. This is a gated community w/ an active HOA -was a good experience- friendly & helpful with my questions. I did have to reach out to our host first night regarding extra sheets for the trundle bed -they answered quickly and we had the sheets inhand before bed -amazing response and resolution timing. The only thing that could have made this stay better was if there wasn't active construction on and around the buildings and other community buildings BUT that did not stop us from enjoying our stay! We will book again next year.

When the app says that Mariano is a superhost, they are right on the money! This property is beautiful, well stocked, very spacious and just lovely! We stayed here twice in 2 months and and will definatrly be back soon! Thank You Mariano! You are awesome and very responsive! Hope to See you agsin soon!

Our stay here was wonderful! We were within walking distance to the best parts of downtown Morehead City! Elizabeth was extremely accommodating, allowing for us to have both an early check in and a late check out. We had some trouble with the door lock but Elizabeth was able to rectify it very quickly! We would love to stay here again!

Condo exactly as advertised. Elevators VERY MUCH appreciated. Complex wonderfully convenient for beach access. Beach was clean, lovely and uncrowded.

Michael was a wonderful host and very responsive. The house and the description were spot on and everything was as easy and smooth as you could hope. Great stay and would highly recommend. The house was very convenient to everything in the area as well.

The house layout and location, close to downtown, worked well for our family. Loved having two king size beds and fenced backyard for dogs. Nice neighborhood for walks.

Lisa was a pleasure to deal with, always answered questions in a timely manner. The place was exactly as listed and had everything we needed. We walked the beach, searched for shells and saw a couple of dolphin pods. There were very few people on the property and it was very quiet. We had a GREAT time and would definitely recommend Lisa’s place. We hope to return sometime.

Susie’s house had everything we needed for our visit to Beaufort. It was close to restaurants and shopping and near the Beaufort Hotel where our daughter was getting married. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms had everything we needed including items like shampoo, body wash, and paper towels that are not typically included in a rental. The bikes and games in the garage were an unexpected touch! We look forward to coming back for another visit!

Jamie’s place is in a great location both for the views from the porches and beach access.
