Monthly Rentals in Portsmith

Was very clean and tidy. Host was terrific great place if you have transport. Not a safe area to walk at night. More cost effective air-conditioner required so you do not have to turn off everytime you leave for the day. Too much expectation to clean the place before you leave as the Airb&b cleaning fee is very high.

Great person to deal with. Helpful and friendly. Has everything you need, it's private. Cute little table and chairs under the Guarva tree in the shade when it's hot. Has an awesome big bathtub that was exactly what I needed and also a comfy as bed. Thourley enjoyed my stay. A big thank you to you Sam. Was a very relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of the traffic but close enough to everything.

We stayed for 5 weeks, excellent location and very comfortable. Extremely secure with immediate responses from manager when questions were asked. Would definitely recommend this unit.
