The ground floor is occupied by the garage for two cars. The 1st floor of 90m2, is made up of a large and comfortable kitchen open to the dining room and living room overlooking the property and a bedroom with a bathroom. The area is very central, with supermarkets, food space, pharmacy, post office, bars in an environment of 200 meters on foot.
