This house is located in a quiet residential area on a no through road. The house has a light airy feel with an open plan living area and a lovely new modern kitchen with breakfast bar which opens directly onto the garden. There is a local pub which serves food 50m away. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Salisbury and there are some beautiful walks onto the downs and Clarendon estate via the footpath opposite. Stonehenge is about a 15 minute drive from the house or there is a bus from town.

The River Bourne runs close by. We had a wonderful stay at Kevin's house. We felt right at home. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. We always had the possibility to park our car right in front of the house and the Salisbury city centre was absolutely walkable from the house's location. Also Kevin was very friendly and helpful. We would always come again 😊

Sally and Paul have a real gem with their converted barn, in idyllic surroundings it made for a wonderful weekend away- Whilst visiting Paultons Park. They are great hosts, responsive and proactive. The property is beautiful and could easily live in it. Flexible check in, tastefully decorated, great kitchen with everything you could need and lovely bathroom with a big walk in shower. We had a fantastic stay – the property was exactly as described and spotlessly clean. The host, Olivia, was incredibly responsive and super helpful throughout, which made everything really easy. The bed and linen were extremely comfortable, and the whole place was quiet and peaceful – we slept so well. It’s beautifully furnished and thoughtfully designed, with everything you might need. Off-road parking was a big plus, and the location is great – just a 3-minute walk to the local pub and really convenient for the A303. We’d absolutely stay again. Highly recommend.
