The apartment is newly built, is located on the fourth floor in a new building, 10 min walking distance from the seafront and 20 minutes from the port and the start of historic center.

Apartment complete with every comfort that a vacation requires. Excellent welcome, discreet, but still present in case of any requests, cleanliness and order in the house very accurate. We also found basic necessities such as oil, vinegar, salt, fresh water, coffee pods, candy and chocolates... in short, everything is really very welcome!!!!! The house is just as it appears. We took care of it quickly and enjoyed it. He even left some details for us. There was a need to pay later the tourist tax (1€ forgives and day). It is next to the beach in a beautiful and very quiet area. I would definitely go back.

We felt very comfortable at the place! This is mainly due to the wonderful location. The beach is just a staircase (with the choice between several) and the location on Capo Testa is unique, so you can walk to breathtaking and partly secluded coves. The decor of the apartment is pretty simple but we still didn't miss anything. The apartment does not have a private balcony but in the garden there is a terrace which we have often used. In the bedroom there is air conditioning and the temperature there was pleasant. However, what you need to know is that there is no air conditioning in the living area and it can be quite warm during the day. The communication with Fabio and his wife was friendly, reliable and made us feel good from the beginning. I would book it again at any time!

Great accommodation - well thought-out equipment and some amenities that make it easier to arrive and feel good (water hose and plenty of space for all the stuff you have as an active water sportsman, basic equipment with oil, salt, garbage bags, etc.). The secluded outdoor area is also ideal with a dog and spacious. So everyone finds their niche and corner to relax, no matter what the weather. We stayed there for the second time and it's just a great place with a wonderful host. Thanks for the tips, Michael!
