Ristrutturata nel 2016-2017 e composta da una camera da letto matrimoniale, due doppie, due bagni, soggiorno con caminetto, angolo cottura, pergola vista mare, parcheggio. Wifi illimitato (velocità 7 mega). Biancheria da letto e per la casa, asciugamani, teli per il mare a disposizione degli ospiti.
