A group of 8 of us throughly enjoyed our weeklong stay. The property is very private, has stunning views, and has a very open air concept that we were looking for when booking a property. Management communication was great. We loved sitting on the patio in the mornings and evenings, facing the La Maddalena archipelago, and watching the ferries and boats crisscross the water.

first of all. I've been to 78 countries and visited hundreds of airbnb's but this airbnb is special. Tina and her apartment are amazing - I have never been to such a clean place, all details are focused on. there is really everything you need. the ceanliness was over all expectations. I've been to many 5 star hotels but they were not so clean as this apartment. we loved it and I can recommend this place 100000% Secondly there are all kitchen utensils you need and everything for a good smelling body and head in the bathroom 😃👍 thank you again

This was our second stay at Patrizia's gorgeous house, we booked as soon as we got home after our visit the previous year, which probably is the highest recommendation I can give. The house is in a beautiful, quiet, rural location with stunning views over the surrounding hills and coastline. The house is rustic inside and out, in-keeping with the old Sardinian farm house that it was. It was clean and tidy inside, with everything that we needed during our stay. The surrounding gardens are left beautifully wild and we saw a variety of birds and wildlife during our stay (including tortoises!). Despite the rural location, it is still within easy driving distance of the beautiful coast, the town of Palau and surrounding countryside. The major supermarkets in Palau are approx' 20 minutes drive away and to get to the nearest beach is similar. We went for some amazing hikes during our stay with a mixture of coastal walks and mountain trails.

Probably the best airbnb I've ever done! Everything was perfect! The apartment is even better than in the photos everything was very clean with in addition to bottles of water in the fridge, fruit and a great bottle of fresh wine! The apartment is 10min from Rena Bianca beach and the city center, Great coffee just 3 minutes away! Andrea is a responsive host who is easy to communicate with. It's also full of good tips about activities, restaurants. All along he helped us make this stay wonderful, even when we were struggling to get to a beach there kindly dropped us off , he's a very human person. It's going to be hard to find better! We'll be happy to go back! Go there without so much as a second thought.

Great accommodation - well thought-out equipment and some amenities that make it easier to arrive and feel good (water hose and plenty of space for all the stuff you have as an active water sportsman, basic equipment with oil, salt, garbage bags, etc.). The secluded outdoor area is also ideal with a dog and spacious. So everyone finds their niche and corner to relax, no matter what the weather. We stayed there for the second time and it's just a great place with a wonderful host. Thanks for the tips, Michael!

Lovely vacation home in a strategic location because just outside San Teodoro and a few minutes by car from the most famous beaches in the area, but the highlight is the tranquility that surrounds it, an agglomeration of houses immersed in silence. The outdoor space then allows you to eat out and relax under the porch. The owners are super helpful and welcoming. Recommended.

The place where we stayed was truly beautiful, offering a breathtaking view that left us in awe! The surroundings were so peaceful and serene, creating the perfect escape. Barbara and her family were exceptionally hospitable and polite, ensuring every aspect of our stay was explained clearly and efficiently. Knowing that we were celebrating our honeymoon, she surprised us with a bottle of wine and other gifts.
